I love Glenn Frye and think he has the best voice. I grew up loving and listening to The Eagles...such a fantastic group. Today's music is such shit compared to the 70's and even the 80's. I love Don Henley too. Kids today have no clue what good music was in the 70's and 80's it died completely after 1994

Found out that my partner had a affair while i was having chemo, i forgave her, giving her a 2 chance, as i was given, but it's hurt's my heart is and always will be hers and my 24 year old son who is gutted. Life is a jigsaw puzzel all you need is to put the parts together. :)

id rather see the eagles with out him he seems like a thug to me we went to their concert in sydney and he seems to try to stand over the other kid souls on the stage he has a nice voice but he spoilt the show for us
GrissomLovesSara, you are speaking of RANDY MEISNER and I couldn't agree with you more that Randy reallly OWNED that song. Randy could hit those really high notes at the end that Glenn just simply couldn't. This is also my favorite Glenn Frey song, for sure. Really, really miss DON FELDER from the band as well. I really like the lineup around 1975 or so when ONE OF THESE NIGHTS came out, it was: DON HENLEY, GLENN FREY, DON FELDER, RANDY MEISNER and JOE WALSH. Love the EAGLES comments!
bananastewss, thanks for your reply. I think Glenn has a very cool voice but together Henley and Frey are magic. Henley had a much more successful solo career but its good that they have finally reunited. Their HELL FREEZES OVER and LIVE IN MELBOURNE DVD's are excellent. Cheers!
kokolonkenponkel, thanks for posting. Glenn was the founder of the Eagles band and was my favorite between him and Don Henley. Too bad egos got in the way and broke up various versions of the band. Even though Henley had a much more successful solo career, I would probably rather go see Glenn solo than Don. Thanks for putting up such a great song! How do my fellow Eagles fans view my thoughts???
@gordlightfootfan I agree with you, Glen has always been my favorite also, even though I LOVE Don Henley too, actually equally in a different way. I loved both of them as the Eagles and have loved both of their songs in their solo careers. I fell in love with Glenn's voice way back with Lyin Eyes and Peaceful Easy Feeling. He has such an easy, soothing voice that truly gives me a "peaceful, easy feeling" listening to him. Don has a completely different, unique voice that I love also.

GF is and always has been a charismatic guy. His moody, slightly nasal vocals are a big part of the Eagles sound. VERY talented guy...
