Had Lakisha made it beyond the final four, I think she would have made it to the finale. Since the show, she's cited that if she made it to the final 3, "I will always love you" would be her contestant's choice. There, I think she would have annihilated the song and gotten to the top 2. She's a raw talent, and a pleasure to watch on the sixth season.

it's because of Dick-Fuck Pricks Like Howard Stern that called in to fuck with the votes, that lakisha was voted off.

Blame them...

Lakisha would have won HANDS DOWN, if the votes hadn't been fucked with, which is why they should limit the call in votes, to like maybe 1 or 2 per household instead of as many as you want.

Dude! I worship you! O_O EXACTLY what I think! TAYLOR HICKS ANYONE!?! Gah! I was told I should audition for this show.....I nearly fell laughing. American Idol, while it shows off impressive musicians on a rare basis, sucks ASS! Carly got flamed because she released an album 7 years before. Jordin had a CD out, Kristy did, David Cook did- basically Carly was the only one that got flamed for it while there were MANY others that had previous CDs out.

After 8 seasons of the show, pretty much everyone with an ounce of intelligence has figured out that a certain group of people ::ahem:: are monopolizing the votes. It's pretty much pointless to vote for someone with real talent now, since it'll just get canceled out by like 50 votes for some other singer who happens to look good v.v.
