Two, he tells you to breathe out when your raising the weight , and in when you bring it down....you hold your breath while you do your reps (which doesnt get any oxegen to your muscles)......The only good thing about this video is the tune at 5.40.   • Is this suppose to be funny? It's common for bodybuilders to 'cheat' on form to an extent to push out that extra weight or higher volume sets, but, believe it or not, there is a technique to how to cheat properly and these guys are not a good example of it. Those hammer curls were just silly.

  • No offense but you really do not have any form. You keep swinging your body as you lift the weight on demo 1. You shouldn't make instructional videos and showing the wrong form. Anyway you shouldn't put Greg Plitt's name on the title either. You're riding on someone else fame by doing that.

  • No offense, but your technique is terrible on the first two demos ... lots of swinging of the body. Good camera presence, though. The guy in the white tank top gets it and has good form and technique.

  • Guys this may be the wrong place to say but I couldn't contact you by Email. The website doesn't seem to be working. The contact page just has some code and no way to contact.
