One of my favorite things about the country I call home is the separation of church and state. As this song details, this separation is not entirely as true as the Constitution would lead one to believe, but it does still stand and it allows for worshiping or not as each American individually sees fit. That is a beautiful thing and something I will staunchly defend.
Addendum to my note below... Of course this song should be allowed on any radio or tv station but it is obviously a very christian song so I'm assuming it was banned from a christian station. The marketing team for this song would not even try to put it on another format like rock, alternative or even country. It is a very specific genre of music with a very specific target audience. Would we say that a country station banned a song if they did not play Led Zeppelin? It's not their genre.
I don't know why this song would be banned. People should be allowed to listen to very nationalistic and very religious music if that's what they like. It should definitely be allowed to be played on christian television channels and christian radio stations, as well at christian churches......
......and other christian gatherings. It is definitely not my kind of thing at all but Christians should absolutely be allowed to listen to this and play it freely in their forums if this is what they prefer. I still can't see why that song would be banned. Is it that certain religious radio stations have a problem with it? It doesn't make sense.
I thank God that Diamond Rio recorded this and my hat is off to the composer, " Hear In America in God We Still Touch ", and I hope that our supposed to be president hears it and that it is a wake up call to him.
I received an email saying this song is being banned on some radio stations. Is that true? If it is, SHAME ON THEM--they probably have no issue with playing songs about EVERYTHING else. If it's NOT true, shame on the people who are saying that.

Trust in America not the Obamanation
HR1207 is a must to stop the undermining of God and terrorism it causes for the sake of money instead of under God and following the constitution.
Obama either Declare WAR or bring our troops back.
God Bless the American children the victims of our government.

The music is mediocre at best. As rhetoric, powerful to the gullible, maybe. Norma Jean Riley is the kind of thing they should stick with.
