i tried to make a chocolate cake in my samsung microwave but each time it fails can you recommend me at what temperature, time and option i shall put it to like(microwave, convection, micro convection, grill or micro grill)
Yes! Keep them in the fridge and pop them in the oven. If you have left overs you can freeze them too! Just keep them 3 more minutes in the oven and you should be fine. ;-)
@repolhow Thank you so much for your timely reply. My brother and his family are coming over tomorrow for a BBQ (we live in the Middle East so it's hot here!) and i wanted to make this for dessert. PERFECT! :)
@ 1:02 wouldn't tempering the eggs be a better idea than mixing them in and crossing your fingers and hoping that they don't turn to scrambled eggs? Is there a specific reason for having to add the eggs in like that? Also how come you didnt cream the eggs and sugar togehter?
Hi! You can temper them but since the mixture won't be very hot at this point you can just pour them in and whisk it well.
As for combining eggs and sugar before adding it to the recipe, I used to do that but didn't see any difference from doing it how separately. It's your choice! ;-)
shouldn't I use unsalted butter instead of the normal butter.I say because you did not mention whether you used salted or unsalted.I hope you reply fast I have to make this for someone's birthday tonight
Sorry it took me so long. If you use unsalted butter make sure to add a dash of salt before putting the mixture in the ramekins. I always use salted butter (its what I have here at home) and they taste great!
Oh my god...thank you so very much for your help. You are incredible! The fondants came out perfectly. Maybe you should have your own TV show or something. Great work. ^ ^
You should have posted the measurements in Standard U.S. and Metric. Alot of people don't know Metric and have to take the time to refigure or convert the Metric to U.S measurements! Other than that, the video was informational
I made this and it was SOOOO good! Thatnkyou so much for this recipe I LOVE YOU> :) <3 PS I'm happy it was this easy i'm just 13 and i cant cook stuff so hard but i love cooking!
Yeah! Right now im rendering a tomato sauce and a eggplant parmegiana. I also shot a Cookie recipe that should pop up soon! What kind of recipes would you like to see here? :)
Sorry to hear that! I think you over baked them. Next time you try the recipe check on them every three minutes. The cakes are done when the top is almost cracking. good luck! =)

sonaliloveable 9 months ago
@sonaliloveable I have heard of some products which are basically pasturised eggs. They are stored like juice basically in cartons.
If you want to avoid eggs because of health risks then do that. I have seen it in some other cooking videos here on yt.

Sure thing! Just keep an eye on the cakes, they'll probably bake a lot faster. Take them out of the oven when you see that the tops are firm.

Thanks for your comment!
Sadly, you can not substitute the chocolate for cocoa powder.
Go get yourself a bar tho, its very much worth it! ;-)
More videos are coming up, keep in touch!

Wow that looks delicious! Can you substitute dark for milk chocolate? Or will that just screw up the balance.
Really well made video too!
jpol01 1 year ago
@jpol01
Hi!
Glad to know you liked the video!
Its best to use dark cholocolate to bring depth to the recipe. 70% Cocoa is what I'd recomend.
If you cant find it, just use regular semi-sweet chocolate and substitute the two spoons of water for two spoons of coffee.
Let us know how it turns out!
