Its not just a movement its a culture, im sure you meant that though. but yea thats what i was saying and in that culture theres music, and its called Rap music which is Hip-Hop's music. But its funny though everybody else always says lil wayne is a rapper and lupe, nas etc, are emcees, not knowing that an "Emcee" is an old school term replaced by "Rappers".
