I'm amazed he's taken all this supposed "research" from government sources at face value and assumed its 100% accurate. These stories about so called 9/11 masterminds etc.., like the "war on terror" are complete fabrications put out to fool the gullible. Remember the government puts out fake Bin Laden tapes on a regular basis, lied about WMD and lied to cover war crimes in Iraq including faking documents to justify it so why should anyone trust this propaganda now?
@ryanbrownnew No actually, Chris Morris is paid $100,000 annually by the U.S. government to solidify their naughty, naughty lying. In terms of his motivations for the film, he just really wanted a yacht.
@ryanbrownnew You could well be right, bit Morris is unlikely to be basing his core ideas on the stories of the intelligence agencies. He already has a strong sense of the quirks inherent in any group and he's just applying that in the context of a group of Islamic militants. Remember that he skewers the Intelligence agencies in the film and makes them look as incompetent and ridiculous as the 'Jihadis'. Anyone who views this movie as a piss take of Islamic militants is missing the point.

Oh to have been a fly on the wall in the incident he describes where a jihadi with a bomb up his hole blows himself 50 feet into the air. Check out Abdullah al-Asiri on Wikipedia for an account of the incident: "Asiri's older brother had hidden one pound of PETN plastic explosives in his anal canal, which security experts described as a novel technique"
