Those are compression artifacts.

@gabrieleprinzi If you want to be logical, then yes. Compression artifacts it is. On certain things mentioned about what "we" see in space, I wish NASA was not so oblique in there explanations of things. Look what happens when such a open ended response is given about this from NASA. I feel like they think we are dumb. Despite who pays their bills, or paychecks, they are professionals giving subpar answers. With the exception to this video as it most likely is compression artifacts.
