Decent anime, great song; but somehow they don't fit. Alas. Pairing Ensiferum with Kenshin is not a simple undertaking. Perhaps it can be done, but I think you'd be better off with a different band. Regardless, do whatever works best for you. It all comes down to personal preference anyway. 5'd for the effort and the Ensiferum :)
