I've tried with no success and checked the command list on OG 2002UM... the move is not marked as supercancellable to begin with. >_>

Max mode bypass maybe? (HCF+BC)

It's an easy combo...and hcf+P is supercancellable. Use a shortcut...qcf overlaps with hcf.
