It really doesn't matter, I've seen sites get shutdown and they come right back the next day. It'll cost a lot more than the estimate to keep track of the who-knows-how-many sites and to keep blocking them forever...

Security... According to national news over the past few months, Wall Street, federal banks, hundreds of police departments, the FBI, the Pentagon, politician's personal accounts, and a computerized military bomber-jet (in flight), have all been hacked. Now, what will they do when they're pissed-off? It scares me to think of how everything from nuclear plants to basic airplanes are run by computers in this country. The whole "2012 - End of the world" idea is becoming more realistic every day. :(
