It's One Dollar Production House/Distribution, a company formed by Stephen Shiu Yeuk Yuen who was famous by producing the film "Sex and Zen".

BTW, about that Golden Gate logo at 3:17--I always thought the font that "GOLDEN GATE FILM CO. PRODUCTION" came in looked similar to the logo for the Golden Gate Casino in Las Vegas. Coincidence?
