Dragonforce is a very talented band and just because you dont prefer that type of music doesn't mean its bad or that they suck. They are not just speed, they have well written harmonicized peices.. I'm sorry, but I used to have that album before I got tired of listening to the same crap repeatedly. In the booklet that came with it, there was a listing of band members. nowhere in that listing was there a bassist, just a keyboardist, a singer, two rhythm/lead guitarists, and one drummer. I looked over it a couple times because i thought they had a bassist, but was proven wrong by the booklet.

i think what happened with the booklet was that between the time that the album finished recording and the album released, they fired their bassist, so he wasn't listed as a part of the band in the booklet, but trust me they have bass in their songs which disproves your claims about the songs having no beat or rhythm

every dragonforce song has bass in it, the reason you might not hear it is because in most songs the bass is just following the "bass" notes of the rhythm guitar. so basically all the songs where you think that you can't hear bass, it's actually making the low notes of the guitar riffs heavier sounding. just make sure you know what your talking about before you make a retarded comment like "they have no beat or rhythm...because they have no bassist"
