Love songs like these. Whenever Im stressed or angry, listening to Gino Vanelli eases the tension. Im glad he avoided sterotypical sex symbol status and kept true to his soul and music.
Great, great song by Gino, and the rythm section.....WOW.....so mesmerizing as in "Wild Horses" !!! (Some rings, reminded me a little of the arrangement in The Billy the Kid by B.J.).
Excellent song. Cannot believe the album is so long out of print.

Takes me back to 1993 when Love 94 Smooth Jazz Station transmit it every day and when I was living in Florida. Good sun, good music.
God, good old days...

Someday I'm going to sit down at the piano and play this for Gino, while he sings it.

This album will always be my favorite of Gino's. Cry of Love was a lyrical masterpiece. Thanks for taking the time to share this with us.

I first heard this song on a "Smooth Jazz" station in 1991. He sounds good in any format.
