uhm, i wrestle greco roman. ive medaled in national tournaments at it. its always been greco-roman style, not greco stance. greco stance is just the nuetral position in which, if your in a good one, you have your elbows tucked with a lead leg and a back leg positioned sideways.

What talent this boy has! Both of my son's are second year wrestler's and we use this as part of our training tools! Lots of hard work,drive, and for him an apparent amount of natural talent! You can start off by not training your kid. Stop trying to relive your youth thru you child. If you want him to succeed get him into the best program in your area and leave the drills to the coaching staff. Don't become that guy who keeps pushing his kid until he cracks and never wants to wrestle or talk to you again!

I was watching your NCAA 2006 video. I wrestled on the same team with John Smith. His younger brother pat was working out with our team long before he was in college. The High School kids had no chance against him with workout partners like his brother John and a host of top division I wrestlers. If my boy was wrestling that would be one of my ways of getting him better. Consistent workouts with older, better boys mixed with kids his own age as well of course.

Technique is very solid! I agree great family support! I wrestled all over the world as a youth wrestler for a team out of Southern California Called the JETS and then for Oklahoma State. I showed my 13 year old boy this video and told him, now that's good wrestling! My son plays soccer for the Olympic Development team. He'd be a great wrestler, but he's doing what he loves!
