Whether you agree with him or not, at least Duke always spoke from the heart and held true to his beliefs. He continues to speak all over the world about what he believes in. Edwin Edwards, the winner of this 1991 election, led Louisiana into further decline and has spent the last decade in prison. Duke lost the battle but is winning the war.
