this thing is BIASED and not totally accurate. In fights, tigers have NOT "always won." That's simply not true. There's big percentage of cases where the lions won or even killed tigers. But the words on this video would have you believe that that never happens. Of course tigers have defeated lions. But today as in ancient Rome (look up more info) it was NOT always the tiger winning. @crimsom757575 Yeah Jaguars are the most successful bigcats. Tigers have no subjects but are feared, they are like warriors not kings. But tigers always avoid venomous snakes which are plenty in where they live so they have to always lower their head. And the vid about them rewilding in Africa, it's a false documentary, see the description men =) They will not be successful there because of their color, easy to spot and their body is built for mountains and forests not the plains of Africa.

@pincaution The only thing dumber than someone calling someone a dumbass, is calling them that when they are considerably smarter than you. a brown bear is an omnivore (its eats salmon and plants). Now a Polar bear is a bear that lives at the north pole and is white. Plants do not grow at the noth pole, so polar bears are strict carnivores and eat seals. This is also the biggest bear, weighing up to 2000lbs. Put 2+2 together and we have the polar bear as the largest land carnivore.

Dont know about tiger/lion debate,it depends of animal (tigers are slightly favorites tho) but in beauty I know for sure who wins.Tiger is not just pritiest for the fur colour,tigers have walk,attitude,they are just superior to lions when you watch them.But must say also,when talking about cubs,lion cubs are much more cute with their big ears

Oh come on tiger fanatics! (same here =) ) but you don't need strength and size to be king! Since when did a tiger had a pride to rule? Where's his crown, the mane? Where's his kingly lifestyle? Lions are true and the real king of mammals, the laziest cat, the fighter killer that rarely hunts(it's the job of females) because a male's job is mating and defending territory against other invading male lions and cub-killer hyenas! But yeah Tigers are totally stronger because of their habitat =)

@dresendezz The old Romans used to arrange pit-fights between lions and tigers, the tiger killed the lion in 90% of the fights. In equal size the fight could go both ways, but the siberian tiger is not equal sized with a lion, the siberian tiger is nearly twice as big. A fullgrown male siberian tiger could easily become 300 kilograms while a fullgrown male african lion would be about 170 kilograms perhaps a bit more sometimes.

this thing is BIASED and not totally accurate. In fights, tigers have NOT "always won." That's simply not true. There's big percentage of cases where the lions won or even killed tigers. But the words on this video would have you believe that that never happens. Of course tigers have defeated lions. But today as in ancient Rome (look up more info) it was NOT always the tiger winning. Sometimes the lion won. Any animal that could kill a tiger (as lions have) has to be king of the beasts.

In the wild, Tigers hunt for themselves both male and female, Lions work in packs and the females do the hunting while the male lions rest all day, a fair fight, would most likely be a lioness vs a tiger, Male lions are just lazy and rely on there size and mane for intimidation, rather than actually becoming extreme killers.

It wouldn't make a difference in the jungle, he'd be stalking you and you wouldn't even realise. There were a few hunters who've shot tigers from the back of elephants with high powered rifles and the wounded tiger has still attacked them, even jumping up the elephant.
