u look so amazing..and why u so complaining about your stretch marks on ur hips..the strecth marks u have are 1% compared to mine...i have a world map of strretch marks on my belly ...its so unfair that people get them and some dnt.
You probably lost 30 pounds right away because you were breastfeeding. I gained 40 during my pregnancy, and lost it all within 3 months with breastfeeding alone. It's the fastest way to lose the weight :)

I still have that line down the belly and some people say they just fade a lil bit but if ur lucky it might go away. I had to have stitches with my 2nd pregnancy cuz my daughter tore me really bad and it took 6 weeks to heal. Worst time ever. I am pregnant with my 3rd one and I am most def getting my tubes tied. I know after you have a baby alot of women don't eat as much and not have the urge to eat as well. I lost all my baby weight with my son and was shocked on the outcome. I just wasnt hungry just ate nibbles not that its healthy but thats how it is for most women after giving birth. Glad ur doing good
I have the other IUD the copper T....I prefur that one because there is no hormones in it, and still get a period. On the other one i would think i would be preggo all the time. But hey what ever you choose its your choice:)
If adoptive mothers can breastfeed, you can breastfeed too after stopping for 4 weeks. Put your baby on your breast as often as possible--the sucking will signal your body to produce milk again. You can also take supplements to increase your prolactin levels (the hormone that signals milk production)--supplements like Fenugreek, Blessed Thislte. If you need help, just ask your OB Gyn to recommend a Lactation nurse to help you. It definitely can be done! Breastfeeding is the BEST start 4baby

You have to eat since your baby depends on your for nutrition. I definitely recommend breastfeeding--it's the best thing you could ever do for your baby. There are lifelong benefits for baby and mom.

I wish you luck with Mirena. I watched 3 of 4 of my friends who are on it go through horrible side effects (bleeding, pain, unpredictable periods, hair loss, etc). One of my friends even ended up in the ER because she was in agonizing pain after her husband knocked it out of place during sex. I'm not gonna lecture you or anything lol. Some people do fine with it (the 4th of my friends loves it), but a lot of women do have trouble so I suggest you do your research.
I really recomend it mirena I had it for 2 years and it works pretty good no pain for u or ur husband!! Get the mirena (the plastic one) not the cooper iud because the Cooper one hurts and u can get pregnant!! I asked my doctor to removed mirena because I wanted another baby and after they removed it I got pregnant in two weeks ;)..
the mirena is awsom. most likley after having it for 2 months u wont get ur period. but the first two months u bleed and spot like crazy. and when they insert it afterward and for few days afterward u have really bad cramps. other than that i love it!

I'm looking into the mirena IUD as well! :) My sister has had it for about 4 years and loves it! She only spots for one day out of the month and sometimes not at all. HOW AWESOME! Only thing, at the beginning she bled lightly for like 2 months but hey, hardly any bleeding for like 5 years. HECK YEAH! ;)

I had a horrible experience with merena...It hurt every time i would have sex, and it gave me the worst infection...i was scared it would damage my uterus and i would never have a kids! but thank god it didnt do any damage, i'm 33 weeks pregnant right now....but anyhow do your research! It may work for you, I wish it worked for me the pill sucks ;( You look fabulous by the way love your vids ;) take care

Be careful with Mirena... I just got pregnant on it :'( not saying a baby isn't a blessing just really bad TIMING. Just be careful and I went to all my follow ups to make sure it was in place... and STILL got prego.

The IUD is what it is. I had the 10 year copper one because it has no hormones and the Mirena has hormones. But I loved having an IUD!

i gained 30 lbs wit my pregnancy and a week and ahalf after delivery i had lost 22 so but i wish i was like u and had lost the full 30 by now lol

A lot of the women in my mom's group tried the mirena and we've all had it removed because the hormonal side effects were awful.

well u look awesome! bio oil is definitely a good buy and keeping moisturized with things like palmers coco butter will work with stretchmarks too!!
