Ive been looking for the title of this tune ever since I heard it played on Friday night on Radio 1 when I was 13 in 1997! Its been doing my head in for 15 years, never thought Id find it but I couldnt forget it either... not so funnily enough because of Whitney's death I randomly went through her tunes and clocked the sample! Managed to google 'smaple of Whitney's peace and harmony' and bobs your uncle ... BUZZIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The 'peace and harmony - this is my advice' which was Whitney's love will save the day but the rest was taken from another song.

@wakeyladhere hmmm. I'm sure it's that track too, but all the versions I've listened to on Youtube (all the way through), I can't find that "let yourself go" sample. Do you know which version/remix it's from?

@djfirkins Allrighty then! Yet more trawling t'interweb, and I've found the origin of that "Let Yourself Gooooo" sample at 1:47. It's definitely NOT the Peech Boys, but another track from around the same time, played alot by Mr Levan: Sinnamon - I Need You Now. Brothers In Rhythm almost certainly used the accappella on the 12", which I can't find on Youtube, but the other mixes of the track have that vocal in them too. Phew!

no its not - this version is definitely Whitney. - Im a big Whitney fan and know that voice anywhere. I can post a link with Dina Carroll singing the 'Peace and Harmony - that is my advice' if you want to hear the difference. To a lot of people they sound the same but to a fan of Whitney's the difference is easy to spot. Whitney's version is much more piercing than Dina Carrol's. - apparently they had to redo the sample after Whitney wouldn't give them permission to use it (so they got Dina)
