@TungstenKid My opinion is that he was turning with the wind and as it was quite windy and gusty that day, he may not have had enough air speed to maintain his intended flightpath and stalled , the unit was about a half a kilometer from the airport and his direction of travel was eastward toward the airport and the wind was running in the same direction.
it may have been a response to the quality of the images not the content, I know that something as tragic as this event was and others on youtube get trivialized with like or dislike responses, however, we can't make peoples' behavior to everything appropriate.
