I have a video set to autoplay on my MySpace page. Has it dramatically increased my traffic? No. Why? Because people are not clicking on the link to go to my channel and look at my other videos. It doesn't really make that much of a difference in your traffic, unless people really look at your other work. I use autoplay not to artificially boost my numbers, but rather to increase the chance that someone will actually look at the video.
