  • Brilliant.

  • As he calmly walks away with his drug money and lies lol!

  • What part of the 4th ammendment don't they understand?

  • "I do not consent to searches"

  • Is he required by law to answer any of these invasive questions? reg6(dot)com

  • The real reason why you have to show up 2-3 hours ahead of takeoff... to make sure you have time to be harassed physically, sexually, emotionally etc. and still have time to make your flight. TSA is an awful entity and they need to be shut down. Hit up we wont fly dot com.

  • Who is the inbred, uneducated, thug ass cop? He should be ashamed of himself, and if he chooses, he should educate himself on several things, the constitution, the LAWS(he clearly doesn't know), Ron Paul & what an Oath Keeper is.

  • TSA are not Law Enforcement! They are not trained like law enforcement

  • Unfortunately, this is all too common place

The question of if America, the land of the"free",is becoming a police state, has already been answered

The Gestapo now go by the name of "Homeland Security"

    It IS 1984

I believe our founding fathers would be ashamed of where we have taken this country

I mean come on.A man, whos only offense is carrying around some cash, asks for information about the very laws they claim to be interrogating him over,& they find him suspicious?

    I find THEM suspicious!

  • 4700 dollars from pimping out tsa ... mommys lol

  • That is indeed a great recording! I wonder if anyone noticed the diminishing stupidity level with progression of 'interrogators'. It's stunning that the checks in there stated to whom they were written and still the dolts couldn't figure it out. It was that last fellow who could read and ascertain that it was campaign contributions. Duh!

    Bravo!

Power mad bourgeoisie in uniform bullying those who pay the wages! This recording should've been used for training on how not to talk with people!

  • @MsLuckee1 bourgeoisie, go Gustave Flaubert on them.

  • Another potential terrorist plot foiled by your friendly neighborhood TSA keystone kops ... oh the feeling of safety gives me a boner!

  • All this over $4700, TSA is a sad bunch.

  • He may not have even realized what he was saying when he said "I do not understand (stand under) the law"...spoken like a true free man. The legaleze they use on us is horrendous and without knowing we are agreeing to be held under maritime law...ever wonder why courtroom flags always have yellow fringes?...take the red pill and see how deep the matrix goes

  • Americans are being sent worldwide to fight & die a shitty death for freedom. Or so they are told. TSA is a giant slap in the face to soldiers & veterans everywhere.

  • @Dehzee That is EXACTLY what it is....

  • Several statements I would've made were; "This may seem like a large amount of money to you (TSA) but it isn't for me." Second, "Is it illegal to carry this amount of money?" Checkmate. It is not illegal to carry any amount of money, but on international flights, any amount >$10,000 must be declared.

  • The land of the Free!!! no way Home of the Brave for sure, you guys are going to need to be brave where your headed!

  • I do not respect a piece of shit police are nothing but a piece of shit with a badge on. They do not respect the public, that pays their salary why the hell should we respect those son of bitches. All they do is go around hitting young girls for sex. Every time raid a house they steal everything they can get out of it. That's how they live in nice homes. They're in the drug business in prostitution and in gun sales a neighbor mine is a deputy sheriff, he lived very well on a low salary

  • @KYKIN44 Wow...um, I'm the first to be critical of abuse of authority, and to say that a lot of individual cops are corrupt assholes, but that was the most paranoid, poorly articulated argument I've heard in awhile...Everything except for the second line is nonsense.

  • WAR IS PEACE, FREEDOM IS SLAVERY, and IGNORANCE IS STRENGTH

Yes yes, thank you Big Brother, so good to know we live in a totalitarian 'democracy'.

  • VERY WELL DONE MR. BIERFELDT!!!!!!!!!!

  • this is what happens when you let integration programs into the police force....

  • Akk these TSA agents are on a power trip

  • 5th Amendment to the Constitution - "No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a Grand Jury"... Loud & Clear. This is a Free Country...well not anymore... every body forgot what happens when the nazis take over... get in line, the tats are next.

  • @spectrader lol, everybody is already tattooed.

  • he only has 4700 dollars in cash and they are frecking out.

so ,maybe these airport guards never seen so much money on their mininium wage jobs

  • They need to be honest, and start dressing the TSA in brown uniforms, so they look like the Gestapo they are. THIS is the "civilian security force" that the traitor Obama talked about before the fools elected him.

  • @LadyGreenEyes964 Except that the TSA were created by Don Young, Ernest Hollings and George W. Bush.

    Take care x

  • @anavrintobin - The TSA were not doing this under GW, were they??? That's Obama's toy, now. His own little Gestapo. Deny if you like, but what I have said is true, and most people can see that.

  • @LadyGreenEyes964 Obama's left hand man is Brzezinski. Brzez loves China, their police state tactics, has said so publicly. They want Americans to be weak and obedient to authority, like the Chinese.

  • @Dehzee - This is a possibility. Personally, I think he's somewhat threatened by China. Remember the Chinese sub that popped up in our Naval exercise? The Chinese missile off the west coast, after Obama ignored China regarding printing more money and devaluing the dollar? No doubt, though, he uses scare tactics...along with racial bating and class warfare baiting. NOT a person to trust.

  • @LadyGreenEyes964 Sorry, I wasn't clear. Brzezinski loves the Chinese method, as in, he envies the power that system has over the people who live there. Certainly Americans are brainwashed by media/the system, but they are not YET so subservient to the state as Chinese, who appear to love their servitude & willingly defend that state. This is what Brzezinski wants. I doubt that man knows how to love or cleave to anything but power, I didn't mean to sound like he actually loves the Chinese, lol!

  • @Dehzee _ I hear that! This administration is all about the control, for certain. Now he's even supporting mobs on the streets, calling them a "good thing", knowing they pose a physical threat to people. Just watch for him to mobilize those, if he thinks he can't win,a nd try to stop the next election..

  • @LadyGreenEyes964I very much stand with the right to protest, I know many well meaning, frustrated people are joining occupy, but I think it is a psy-op. When ever tbtb drive us to a point where they know we rebel, they start a movement just a little before we would naturally. Then they use their plants to organize the direction & way the movement will manifest. The global elite want a communist system, presto, we have occupy, a communist kiosk event.

  • @Dehzee - Totally agree it's a psy-op. Seemed clear to me from the beginning. A lot of pieces in their little chess game moving right now. Lot of pieces. Riots worldwide, overthrowing many leaders. Threatening peace here. Nazi-style tactics by the DHS. Labeling opposition as "potential terrorists". Putting God knows what into vaccines they shove at people relentlessly. Damaged economy, to make people fearful. Goes on and on and on.....

  • @LadyGreenEyes964 It is a psi op, but my thought is good people, informed people, may win the day. Just because it started as a psi op, does mean to imply it will finish as one, cheers to awakenings!

  • @Dehzee - As long as people that know are willing to act, there is hope. Never was much of one for sleeping, lol.

  • Sounds like the older cop told him he was right to go and realised this guy works for a congressman don't fck with him,but the tsa dickhead said oh no I'm still not satisfied as if he has more power than the cops.Fck off you little tsa pervert go and feel some fat guy's crutch!!!!

  • Well played Steve... Yes... that's some mighty fine poker play.

  • They that give up essential liberty to purchase a little temporary safety, deserves neither liberty or safety (Benjamin Franklin)

  • ;) moral of the story: know the law and your rights, fight the good fight, and always take a tape recorder around with you. you might be surprised at how many times your rights are violated in a single week, let alone day.

  • These TSA goons obviously don't know the law that's why they couldn't answer that simple question. By the sound of them, they probably can't even read, let alone read a legal document.

  • Here's the funny thing about the body scanners . . . think about this:

In order for your doctor to release ANY medical information they must have a signed HIPAA form. That's to protect your rights and was signed into law by William Jefferson Clinton in 1996. Interesting how the govt. gets to ignore that very same law by allowing individuals with NO MEDICAL NEED to have access to your medical information. That means an ostomy bag, implant, or prosthetic . . anything that would show in a scan.

  • that sir is a damn good recording!!!! indeed!!!! brilliant!

  • What are our legal rights at the airport? Of course it should be all of our rights! However,a passenger is at a huge disadvantage compared to people who wear official costumes that are willing to use force against you no matter what. Is there a written guide to refer to that we can carry with us to try to preserve our dignity while traveling?

  • @MrTolemo Good question, but it seems like they are using their bozo outfits (uniforms) to intimidate people into doing what they want to feed their daily dose of need for power. If everyone demanded to be treated within their rights at airports, it would jam them up so bad they would stop asking stupid questions and stop detaining people illegaly.

  • Those who would give up essential liberty to purchase a little temporary safety, deserve neither liberty nor safety. - Benjamin Franklin.

  • The officers should have handled the situation with a little more professionalism, but their job is that of a educator. It's YOUR responsibility to know the law, ever heard ignorance if the law is no excuse? If you had rationally articulated your concern, rather than being a broken record, you may have had one of those officers (not the TSA goon squad) to give you an answer. At one point you even said "I'm not going to answer that." and what did the officer do? He showed you some respect for gi

  • @mojopilot85

To start with this dude did know the law. And he was under no obligation to answer any of those questions. The Governments secrete agents didn't know they were being recorded but were smart enough not to answer his question.

Fact is if Rosa Parks would have gotten up she would not have been arrested RIGHT?

  • Way to go Mr. Bierfeldt! Awesome job. These stooges harass law abiding travelers including small children, elderly women, the disabled and others who are clearly not a threat. Pathetic

  • @cstalley Yes sir they do they have our special forces fighting ghosts and back home they harras the citizens they claim they want to protect.

  • wtf is all the stink? dude skated with his cash!

  • Stupid brain dead poorly programmed idiotic auto spam bot can't tell the difference between a comment and spam.

Please click on "see all" to read where i asked Pashatube to show his proof.

    Thanks.

    Hello, Youtube? Fix your software!

  • when any law enforcement personel asks you question, they are operating on thier authority of law & you are required to answer the question. However when the authority asks a bogus question to show "WHO'S IN CHARGE", then you simply refuse to answer the question & leave it at that. What he should have said to these idiot officers was "I refuse the answer the questions & I am not required by law to reply to such question". Down side of anything to do with Police is that you'll always be abused.

  • @Pashatube said: "when any law enforcement personel asks you question, they are operating on thier authority of law & you are required to answer the question."

    This statement is false.

  • @Pafoofnik1 They're certainly not asking personal questions. The statement I made is %100 true. Whether they have the right to ask such questions is another story. Anytime a Cop on duty asks you a question or tells you to do something they are acting on the color of authority. Even if their conduct is BS. In this case what difference does it make to where the money came from? People lie and there is no way for the idiot cops to verify anything.

  • Give me a break with this... the whole thing was planned. If it was not planned, then why was there a tape recording of the entire incident? Then he was happy to say 'it was a damned good recording'. Now, let's look at your rights. You have the right to travel the country with any sum of money. But, just as you are driving and pulled over with almost $5000, you will probably get the same type of questioning. You CANNOT leave the country with $10,000 or more without reporting that amount.

  • @beverns He didn't have 10,000, its not illegal in any way to carry money on your person, and no, a cop doesn't have the right to grill you about having it. Thats called baseless suspicion.

There's a recording because smart people expect problems with the TSA, and come prepared so they can defend themselves in court later if they have to. Do you think the TSA would tell the truth about what happened? Of course not. They'd say the guy was "beligerant" or other BS like that.

  • @beverns How in the hell can any one call America land of the free and keep a straight face.

  • @mrconradhoppe Word I saw that in the news today. He's got a pretty strong case.

  • We need more explosure and more push-back. they will eventually snap and break when the first of the lawsuits are filed and they lose funding. They'll relax this bullshit or they will be bowled over by a force they cannot fight against.

  • thank you so much for uploading this and making people aware.

Now I am sure there will be some boot licking, ball sucking nazi patriot that will say Americans should bow down to this police state, but I say,

    Let the Revolution begin.

    Plan accordingly.

    911 was an inside Job.

    The government is the enemy.

  • I use to carry 1 or 2 thousand just because I could. I told that to cops and they threatened to take it and said they could. So I had to start sucking up. They f'dvwith me fo 20 minutes. Asking me f'n scuba questions. Then one guy said let him go. Fuckers!

  • It is. My dead uncle was a resistence fighter in the WARSAW ghetto who managed to get out. He said, " It's happening all over again" and to ne that my wake up call.

  • What he needs to say is "I reserve all my rights without prejudice." These are powerful words that hold up in a court of law. If you're being detained illegally ask to call your lawyer. They will usually back off. These cops don't know the law. There are there to intimidate people and teach that you are a slave and the cops have power. The government is good and you are bad. As simple as that.

  • @duncie9487 The TSA are NOT cops. The only "cop" who came in late in this situation was the one who immediately understood he wasn't suspicious and said he was free to go. If the TSA ever give you problems or threaten you, you CAN and SHOULD demand that a real police officer be presented to you. You will have a far better time dealing with them, even if you don't get what you want in the end.

The TSA are also not exempt from police action. People really need to remember that...

  • @DeadlyChinchilla The problem will go from bad to worst anytime you deal with a police officer. There are no good cops. These people swore to protect the peace and what thye do is definitely not promotiung nor protecting peace. They only thing they are protecting is their psycho ego of being in charge, by ordering public to submit to their unjust, bullshit orders.

  • @Pashatube What a nonsense comment. If you bothered to pay attention to *this* video, you'd know that when the *real* cop arrives (after the TSA has threatened to have him "taken away" as if they are cops, which they're not), the cop that came in asked two simple questons and then said "you're free to go." He basicaly pawned the idiot TSA officers who were trying to make something of nothing, and he ended their BS tyrade.

Being anti-TSA-BS is not the same as anti-establishment like you.

  • @DeadlyChinchilla As far as reality goes, there is no difference between the 1st cop to the 2nd and so on. What country do you live? definitely not US. Read my comment below, anytime any cop on duty asks you question or orders you to do anything (right or wrong), they are acting on their color of authority.

What's the difference between TSA and the establishment who authorize and allow them to abuse public? You fail to understand the connection.

  • @Pashatube As far as reality goes, you've little grasp of it, it appears. TSA agents are not cops. The agents who detained this man had to call in a REAL cop to even dream of taking him "downtown" for not answering questions he wasn't legally required to answer.

Cops act on their authority? Shock! This doesn't change your rights. You can CHOOSE to answer any questions they ask, or you can choose to remind them your rights haven't disappeared. Most cops won't make a fuss if you're polite

  • @duncie9487: I would just like to add that the second he is told he is not free to leave, he should request a lawyer, and state that he will no longer answer questions until he is represented by his lawyer. He should also ask why he can not leave, and ask for the name(s) of those who are denying him the right to leave at that moment for the record. (meaning which officer/agency is arresting him.)

  • @duncie9487 in some cases, nonetheless, it doesn't work in a court of law, due to the simple fact that one doesn't know what that means. One has to know what it means first. The same way that everyone is indoctrinated at birth by a birth certificate especially when their full names are in capitol letters on those birth certificates. For that capitalization turns a human being into a corporation. Where one could retain their rights as a human being & NOT be considered a corporation.

  • @duncie9487 Why make it so complicated?

    .

"I have the right to remain silent." The end. It's your Miranda rights

    .

  • I honestly wonder if he was legally required to answer those questions. It would have been easy for him to just answer the question but I fail to see what the reasoning was by the TSA personel. I believe in the 1st video of this they check his id and it came back clean. So why would the money he had on him a problem? $4700 is enough to raise suspision of what? Not to mention the fact that they would not answer if he was or was not required to answer. TSA was EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL!

  • @ryanb788 of course he isn't required by law to answer those questions. if he was they would have told him so. the monstrosity behind the TSA is that it violates your rights, if you LET it. if you consent to all their pat downs and screenings and questions, you're fine. but if you stand up for your rights, you will not be allowed to board your flight. if EVERYONE acted like this man, the TSA would be forced to dismantle itself because a company cannot profit without customers.

  • What kind of recorder was used?

  • @dale3858 Apple I phone. I saw the CNN report here on YouTube.

  • @dale3858

    one that records sound

  • @TheSportsCompact

Also, TSA can kick anyone out of the airport for any reason. While they will probably get in trouble for it, they can still do it under reasonable cause. The government is evil, that I do not argue, but in court I imagine a judge would side with the TSA because those are not unreasonable questions. Chaos is good, but this will only make the TSA more aggressive. A vicious cycle.

  • @TheSportCompact

I'll vouch for this cartpig guy. Do your research. Pleading the fifth doesn't imply guilt, because YOU ARE INNOCENT UNTIL PROVEN GUILTY IN A COURT OF LAW. Don't tell someone to do research when you failed to do yours.

  • @MILLIONZMOREofUS

I'm an anarchist, and I still disagree with all of your stupid claims. There is ALSO NO NEED TO TYPE IN CAPS!! Caps lock is cruise control for cool. Although with cruise control you still need to fucking steer dumbass.

  • I agree that the question about the money and his job are not relevant to him boarding or not boarding a plane. However I believe he went about it the wrong way. Half way through part 2 he just sounded like a boob picking a fight. I am with every one when you say the TSU goes way too far. But to make change we need real complaints that have some teeth. If this were to be heard in Court...would it hold water is what you got to ask yourself.

  • @dougluvn He was not picking a fight. He was committing legal civil disobedience which is what every American should do. If more of us did the TSA would end up proving that it is acting illegally over and over, but you want us to what lick their boots by answering questions they have no right to ask? That is how they gain more and more power is by people not questioning if they are legally obligated to answer such questions.

  • @Pafoofnik1

That goes with all federal agents. TSA are federal officials.

  • @TheAnonyLegion: What does, answering questions?

Sorry, there is no requirement to answer questions from a TSA agent, or federal officer for that matter.

One exception: You may have to give verbal identification and perhaps a few other identifying pieces of info, but only if you are stopped under reasonable suspicion, and only if enabling legislation has been passed. 542 U.S. 177 (2004)

  • There is a difference between rights and being difficult. He could just say "I plead the fifth" which would have been a kinder way of exercising his rights. Also, TSA are federal officials and if you don't answer they can kick you out of the airport or arrest you and kick you out. I would be skeptical if someone wouldn't answer with all these terrorists nowadays.

  • @GetInTheCartPig YOUR GOVT is the ONLY terrorist caught 'bombng' USA. 'FEDERAL' means ZIP!

ITS AN OFFICIAL SOUNDING WORD that a bunch of elite Jewish BANKERS picked out of the air cos they KNEW ASSHOLES like you would BELIEVE IT!

(I used to before i did some RESEARCH)

It like me calling myself ROYAL. to get you to bow down!

Federal is NOT CONNECTED TO GOVT

ITS A CORPORATION OF BANKERS ROCKEFELLERS, ROTHSCHILDES etc who STOLE POWER OVER usa and want to ENSLAVE YOU by faking attacks FEAR!

  • @GetInTheCartPig He was not being difficult. He was asking a valid questions like is he obligated under the law to answer. To plead the 5th would have only got him arrested because it implies guilt. They can not kick you out of the airport or arrest you for not answering questions. The only terrorists have been proven to be linked to the CIA and Pentagon. Do some research on that one because in your case ignorance is not bliss!

  • @301Goldstar

Wow, you missed the point. He just wanted to know if was required to answer, and if they had told him he would have then answered. I was simply stating I would have rather answered the questions and get on my plane, then risk missing my flight. Plus, with the TSA you do have to answer their questions or you'll get arrested for suspected terrorism.

  • @GetInTheCartPig said: _with the TSA you do have to answer their questions or you'll get arrested for suspected terrorism._

Where did you come up with this idea?

  • Unfortunately, TSA will probably start confiscating and disabling cellphones now, to prevent being recorded. Fags.

  • Be completely honest, it would have just been easier to answer the questions. I know where this guy is coming from but it is not like answer the question would have gotten him in trouble.

  • @GetInTheCartPig: Some people are not as willing to give up their rights... as you seem to be.

  • @GetInTheCartPig Sorry but people don't need to answer a questions when he don't need to. People should not give up their rights and become a sheep.

  • Confusion -- I want to thumbs up to the guy for EXPOSING these creeps,

But thumbs down to the fact that ANY OF THIS SHIT is allowed to happen in a FREE country!

  • @starzus we aren't free Americans have been slaves ever since a central bank was set up.

  • @tonythesom TRUE, but we have something BIG in our favour! The FED BANK is TERRIFIED in case we will realise theres MORE of US than them!

    Haaa! FIGHT BACK TIME,

    We're coming to getcha Rockefeller!

    Happy Cfristmas!!!

  • Billy Joe Bubba Doesn't want to let go of his perceived "power". Once the cops are satisfied (after the guy answered the question, never having gotten his question of the legality of the whole thing answered) then ol Bubba "isn't sure he's comfortable" letting the guy go. This is the problem: A bunch of frustrated wannabe's playing detective with no knowledge of the law. These "law officers" didn't know the law well enough to answer the guy. How did they know he had the money to begin with?

  • where are the threats? i heard no threats, i heard a guy not answering questions when he could have. he did not answer questions because (i think) he felt that what he was doing was either wrong or above the law. this tape proves one thing to me, when peple try to do things that are out of the norm they get ask what are you doing.

  • @kshe95realrockradio Sorry but unlike you he is not going to give up his rights to the gov't. He knows his rights.

  • TSA agent: We'll call the FBI on you!

Me: Go ahead. I've done nothing wrong... and this lawsuit is shaping up nicely thank you. <3 ;)

  • Go Greyhound!

  • @ThatsMrMoronToYou not any more here in florida they are..POLICE STATE - TSA, Homeland Security & Tampa Police Set Up Nazi Checkpoints At Bus Stations

    /watch?v=X4G-0g9PRrE....

  • @dawala1000 Do you mean they actually take the Jews and Gypsies off the bus and hold them for "preferential treatment"? The police must be busy in Florida.

  • @dawala1000 holy crap!

  • I love it how they seem angry at the end.

  • "I prefer not to give that to you."

    "Now *that's* an answer."

    No it isn't!

  • @ radarbrew it's called a cell phone maybe you should get one.

  • How did he record this? I think someone would have noticed a mike by now....

  • If you have less than 10k you don't have to tell them shit. Period. They can ask away and you can flat out refuse.

  • @elTiburon1971 i was thinking 5 k but i am not sure so 10 k

  • Fucking security negro didn't understand anything that happened that day. IMO the issue of being legally required, as in, BY LAW, to do or answer something, to him is the same as being asked by some redneck security guy to do the same thing.

It's a matter of huge importance, whether a security guy has, or does not have the law on his side when asking or ordering something, yet this ape never even heard of it.

    Awesome TSA training :)

  • They will just get worse and next time will pat him down for any cell phones. Then they'll take the phone battery out. Cops still beat innocent people, they just make sure no video cams are around.

  • fyi people, after the tsa agents questioned him, which is completely in their right, and he wouldnt answer, they turned him over to airport security police. those are their voices you hear from about minute 4 on. hilarious how everyone jumps on tsa for all these "horrible injustices" when they arent the ones doing it. im pretty sure you wouldnt be this upset if you had been on one of the 9/11 airplanes.

  • @shells0143

The most intelligent response i've read yet! I've noticed that everyone who has a problem or complaint about the security systems in place, have not lost loved ones in a terrorist attack.

These attacks are real, and there happening now. Every day. The TSA/DHS are in place soley to protect the aviation systems. wtf is peoples problems?

If this guy is a us citizen with no intention to harm anyone, why wouldn't he simply cooperate. even if he just wants to prove a point---

  • @Tonysi12

---- and he really has no intention of hurting anyone (which is clearly the case). He becomes a threat by not cooperating. We're all human beings, we all want everyone to be safe, so let people do their damn jobs..

    wtf is wrong with everyone

  • @Tonysi12 cooperating with the non-laws (statutes) of a tyranical government IS NOT SAFE... IT IS THE DEATH OF FREEDOM!!!

Their "job" is to normalize people to Constitutional violations such as this illegal search so that the New World Order can make every non-elitest a slave... FUCK THAT AND ANYONE OKAY WITH THAT DESERVES TO BE A MKULTRA MIND CONTROLLED SLAVE! GOD BLESS FREEDOM!

  • @Tonysi12: "He becomes a threat by not cooperating."

A threat to what? Are we required to answer investigatory questions about money we possess here?

  • @Pafoofnik1 He became a threat because they think he's a terrorist because he's carrying no bombs or dangerous equipment, has a government job and appears to be following the law.

    Yay.

  • @Tonysi12

Seeing as how he did not appear in the news as being a terrorist or otherwise, I'd say it's a safe bet that he wasn't out to hurt anyone. This kind of response is overzealous on the TSA's part. Exactly how many terrorists have these new security policies caught? The TSA are, on the whole, nothing more than thugs on a power trip. There are people who have lost loved ones in 9/11 who are totally appalled by these policies. Stop generalizing. We are no safer than we were before 9/11.

  • @Tonysi12

In fact, these policies deface the memory of those lost in the 9/11 attacks. Why? Because by all of this fear-mongering under the false pretenses of national security, the terrorists achieve their ultimate goal of making us afraid. There are, and always will be, ways to bypass even the most intricate of security protocols. These policies do nothing to improve our safety. Hell, the x-ray back-scatter machines emit cancer-causing radiation. Really protecting our best interests, huh?

  • @Tonysi12

IT IS THE CIA (READ: SHADOW GLOBAL GOVERNMENT OF INTEL AGENCIES ... THE METABRIDGE) CREATED (MKULTRA) MIND CONTROLLED SLAVES WHICH ARE PROGRAMMED TO CARRY OUT THESE FALSE FLAG "LONE" TERRORIST ATTACKS FOR THE VERY PURPOSE OF TAKING AWAY FREEDOM!

WAKE UP AND QUIT BEING A SHEEP... WHO CAN FUCKING AFFORD EXPLOSIVES WHEM PEOPLE CAN BARELY PAY BILLS AND KEEP FOOD ON THE TABLE!

THE BOMBERS WERE SUITED UP BY MILITARY... THE BOMBS THEMSELVES PROVE THAT BY THEIR SOPISTICATION...

  • @Tonysi12

2)... I MEAN FUCK, ONE OF THE "BOMBERS" WAS MENTALLY HANDICAPPED AND THERE IS NO WAY HE COULD HAVE CREATED THE SHOE BOMB!

DO YOU RESEARCH: MKULTRA, MKSEARCH, PROJECT PAPERCLIP, CATHY O'BRIEN, DUNCAN O'FINIOAN, DAVID CORSO THE BEST MARINE SNIPER... THEY ALL ARE OUSTING THESE TRUTHS... FUCKING A! TURN OFF THE BOOB TUBE!

  • @Tonysi12 YOUR*

  • @shells0143 THE TSA HAS NO RIGHT TO VIOLATE HIS PERSONAL PRIVACY... HIS PERSONAL LIFE IS NONE OF THEIR BUSINESS... AND CARRYING MONEY WILL NOT BLOW A PLANE UP!

THE COP HAS NO RIGHT TO ASK HIM THAT EITHER... HENCE WHY HE COULDNT ANSWER THE PRIVATE CITIZEN'S QUESTION (WHO BY THE WAY OWNS THE GOVERNMENT AND THEREFORE TSA... "E THE PEOPLE".. . DID YOU FORGET?

IT IS NOT ILLEGAL TO CARRY MONEY OR REFUSE PERSONAL QUESTIONS WHEN THERE IS NO SEARCH WARRANT ISSUED.

  • fyi people, after the tsa agents questioned him, which is completely in their right, and he wouldnt answer, they turned him over to aiport security police. those are their voices you hear from about minute 4 on. hilarious how everyone jumps on tsa for all these "horrible injustices" when they arent the ones doing it. im pretty sure you wouldnt be this upset if you had been on one of the 9/11 airplanes.

  • @shells0143 911 WAS AN INSIDE JOB CARRIED OUT BY NORAD AND MKULTRA MIND CONTROL VICTIMS... WAKE THE FUCK UP!

STEAL AND CEMENT DO NOT ATOMIZE BY JET FUEL... WE ARE TALKING ENERGY WEAPONS... STUDY SOME QUANTUM PHYSICS!

  • Comment removed

  • @ChristyNiNe AHAHAHHAHAH this made me laugh out loud.... QUANTUM PHYSICS?? Im really sure someone who cant even spell STEEL is fucking Stephen Hawkings!!

  • @hellkat672 Oh please... it was a typo. I usually am typing too fast to be bothered with gramatical semantics. i have never been good at spelling but great in all other subjects... this is because the english language is the furthest from the frequencies of sacred harmonics and is constantly breaking it's own rules... it is an archetype of the government. :o)

Consciousness is holographic in its radial fractal nature.

  • @hellkat672 2)... No i am not fucking anyone you know thank you. My knowledge is not compiled of only the works of others but of ALL incoing data including that which radiates from within.

I do not need to have sex with anyone to gain knowledge... all aspects of God (you as well) contain all knowledge within.

No need to project your reality onto me. ;o)

  • @ChristyNiNe Well ill forgive you for taking my usage of the word "fucking" out of context because it is not really proper grammar. But i would never think such a seemingly intellectual girl who is quite the linguist think that the government used "Energy Weapons" to atomize the structure of the twin towers causing it to kill thousands. Then talk about Quantum Physics like a closing statement to your argument....

  • @hellkat672 1)

Well if you knew what the Black Ops Quantum physicist... that is those in the global intel force the "Metabridge" were doing... then you certainly would use quantum physics as the closing statement. We are talking the harnesing of the aether of existence itself... consciousness. And instead of aiding and amplifying the harmony...

  • @hellkat672 2)

they are using the resonance to kill life. Not only on a 911 level, but to the point where they are pulsing frequencies through the chemtrails which lower the consciousness of humanity... keeping them in the "reptilian" brain, the lowest survival of the fittest form of consciousness & the energy of the spine staying in the inner core of the brain and not fully utilizing the outter cortex....

  • @hellkat672 3)

WWIII is a frequency war and when you realize that frequency determines the level of consicousness and connectedness with all life... then you see WWIII is a soul war and it is in place. They are trying to make the spin of all souls consumptive and not radiant.

There is a reason why the elite think of the lot of humanity as clay to mold... b/c their consciousness is in such a tiny box.

  • @hellkat672 On second look though, it seems you may suffer from paranoid schizophrenia. Since you seem quite learned, maybe you can be the next John Nash :D. I JOKE!!! But really, get some help girly, such a mind should never go to waste on ludicrous conspiracy theories.

  • it time to stop the new world order .thay can not beat us all.this is b.s.let's all stand together

  • All they want you to do is submit. Just do what they say and everything willbe alright. They'll bestow their grace upon you and you'll feel all warm inside. Meanwhile some mouthbreathing no neck TSA agent will soon be preforming cavity searches on you and your children. Happy travels.

  • It's over folks.... Good luck

  • this is disturbing. I can believe the USA is turning into Nazi germany right before my eyes, sad sad sad.

  • lol, that's too funny.25 minutes of being detained, and he is a campaign guy for Ron Paul. wow. Then the butt tards called in the real cops who gave him the answer he kept asking for. wow!

  • So, did he sue? He totally can!

  • @asymptote9x LOL @ you thinking that an American citizen being aware of his rights makes him a POS. Well, I guess the old saying is true, it takes one to know one. Hi shit!

  • @asymptote9x LOL, you are an idiot! you cowardly conformist dumb ass,

  • @asymptote9x how old are you? 10? causing trouble? he asked a simple question "am i legally obligated to answer that?" that is a yes or no question. if the law so does state he is obligated he would have answered any question. the fact is he knows his rights. and that pissed of these weasels. let me guess...you put in your application to the TSA last week huh.? thats all they need. more morons

  • @steveman223 AGREED

  • @steveman223 It doesnt sound like the TSA officers knew the law, or much about anything. The way in which they argued/interrogated him was very brutish, kinda like the movie idiocracy.

  • @kittyloaf Now you are giving the idiots in that movie a bad name..lmao. These TSA workers and the cop(s) in the interrogation room are lucky to know how to walk and chew gum at the same time but they will get theirs for sure when they all die from cancer or have kids with major birth defects because of the body scanner radiation and how they literally tear their DNA apart. When that happens I will feel no sympathy because of how they act like this. Fucking scumbags all of them!!!

  • @asymptote9x

LOL I feel sorry for you. You probably get robbed of your rights on a daily basis. he was not being a POS. He asked them if he was legally required to give them that information and all they could do is pressure him into giving that information up.

How about this, you are walking down the street wearing a black hoodie, have piercings, and your cloths aren't perfect. A police officer comes up and asks you what do you have in your wallet.

  • @xPreatorianx

What would you do? Pull out you wallet count it and then tell them? Or would you say how is that relevant? Would you get pissed?

one it's called profiling. To remove the clothes from that situation. Say you fit the bill for a business man. Complete business attire, and it still happened. Would you react the same way he did? I damn sure can tell you I would!

  • @asymptote9x-Have "fun" when they cram idiots like YOU into the F.E.M.A. Camps "willingly"! Idiot ...

  • @asymptote9x Yeah, heaven forbid if they ask about their rights. Here's something that might help you out - In America we have these things called rights. In America, you ARE allowed to know your rights. So if you plan on a future in the TSA you might want to read about rights in AMERICA. If you feel we should not have rights then you are in the wrong country. You may want to move to China, N. Korea or Cuba. These countries have laws more in line with your way of thinking. Retard.

  • the supreme court recently ruled on Miranda Rights and it's now set that a person being questioned by law enforcement has to state they refuse to answer questions under them. law enforcement no longer has to give the option.

  • Where are all the people who are concerned with irradiated foods? THERE IRRADIATING US! Terrorist are not blowing up flights with 3 year old girls, Nuns or senior citizens. They are sneaking bombs on flights via luggage, but we don't have good security for that! We don't have security for our borders? Take a stand people! Join the Tea Party and let’s bring our constitution back.

  • The cursing, threats to call the FBI, to turn him over to the DEA, to 'take him down to the station' in handcuffs even though he was polite and unresisting, the questions about his political affiliations.

They didn't want to answer his questions about his legal rights because the answers are easy: They're violating them.
