The video feature only works with Skype contacts. If you have a Skype contact you should see a button for video for them. I'm not sure what the connection between Skype and Fring is.
So if you have a Skype account and have friends added you will be able to make Fring video calls to your Skype contacts.
Crap program. I have the EVO and I can't figure out how to use video conferencing. There's no button, no option, to setting, nothing. No way to make a video conferencing call. SKYPE???? Why does everyone keep talking about SKYPE??? I've searched the android marketplace for skype. NO SUCH APP EXISTS. WTF does skype have to do with FRING?
@capitalismforever Idiot, Skype is a PC, iPhone program for video chatting, phone calls, etc. Fring simply connects to people that have Skype or Fring, or other clients that it works with. Do a Google search before you're freak out and use all CAPS.

I HATE the icons though. I just wish they would make it look like a native app instead of the ugly, childish graphics. They NEED to fix that.
