Good attempt, you should work on:
-the quality and music in the video (parshly not your fault :P)
-the notes your using e.g. the E string, maybe checking it on the internate because it just sounds like a volcano errupted.
-clean strumming pattern
-timing, try not to go too fast or slow (not a major issue for you)
-position- stand still and look like you mean business! :)
I don't mean to sound harsh, maybe a little more practice will help :D

im sorry but a lot of the parts u were playing in a diferent key. the stumming was wrong on a lot of the parts too. your missing some key parts and over all you need some work. but keep practicing!
