Brilliant; thanx for posting! Always thought Ian Masters had a great approach to bass guitar . . . and lookit Meriel doing an "Emma Anderson" with her Telecaster there . . . shame I never caught them live back in the day.
I remember hearing this when it came it out and always cranking the radio when it came on. I had vainly thought that evil had perished from the music industry with the demise of '80's pop, and that Pale Saints could be a force to drive a wooden stake through the heart of soulless corporate rock.
Oh well, I was only 19. Obama can be president but ACDC can still sell crappy music.
oh, thanx a lot for this... Pale Saints are amazing, it´s a shame I hadn´t heard about them since lately - listetning to radio show Rob Da Bank And Friendes where the man from Sonic Cathedral played Pale Saint´s "Sea Of Sound" - it was a love for a first sight :)
Can hear Pale Saints like this tune in Airiel for sure

Saw them at CBGB's in NY for this tour. I'm so glad I got to see them before they broke up.

Wonderful. Saw them play as support to The Pixies many many years ago, in Belfast. School the next day.. what a great night. ;)

I don't think they suck. I like bands that don't sound exactly the same as they did on record. To me this just sounds nasty and live.
