Great comments everyone! Not sure about the Hilter question, but the box on top definitely has a wire descending to the ground. Since Ed was able to reverse the proverbial polaity of matter, I am assuming that is what he did with the poles as well. Although the tripods were not necessary, I believe he was trying to bridge what he was able to do with modern science as well, so a combination diversion/experiment on his part.
have a look at the top of the tripod.. if it were only tripods used then why mount a box for something at the top??? what about the wire coming out of the box?
I agree the tripod is simply a diversion to hide the method ED used to move the large blocks of coral, I developed my own theory on how ED moved these large blocks of coral, it involves Dowsing, It's a good bet that ED was a expert Dowser.
Once you understand what all forms of energy are composed of including gravity you will come to the same conclusion I did.
