I'm not sure if there is any difference for me... this is purely for fun... not really enjoyment so to speak... what my preference is... I like the challenge of weight... so the heaviest person I've lifted so far to date was 285 pounds... with no problem and it was a man :)

Can you lift people with your legs not spread wide apart. The lift would look much better if you are just standing straight up.
