@GeoNeilUK It was released on DVD in America by the now defunct BCI Eclipse label and is now out of print. It may get a re-release at some point by Classic Media or Mill Creek Entertainment.
@sonicandrotor Primareily Hanna Barbera cartoons as Worldvision Home Video released their titles through VCI at the time. Later HB had their own video label Hanna Barbera: Home Video, the n their shows were distributed by First Independent and then finally through Warner Bros. when HB and Turner got brought by them.
Wind and the Willows possibly but I'm not sure. Since the Get Along Gang was co-distributed by the Video Collection and Karl Lorimar and DiC's Kideo Video, it's unlikely.
I think have that exact promo on some old Freedom Force video, a cartoon I've only ever seen on video.

Secret Squirrel sounded like the guy who originally voices Bugs Bunny (minus the Flatbush accent)

The Video Collection seemed to release old Cartoons from the 60's, 70's and 80's back in 1985!
