A criminal is someone that breaks a law. Hence the execution of a criminal isn't a crime.

This is not disappearing. This is happening again in MAURITIUS right now!! They abandonned death penalty years ago and now they are looking forward to reinstate this sentence(MAY BE THIS YEAR) because the Mauritian Government is so incompetent. They can't handle law and order PROPERLY. They just take the easy but wrong route to cover their incompetence. It's a shame on the Mauritian Govt!! Please tell us as citizens of that country what can we do to stop them? Thanks a lot!

Nobody needs it as yellyman said, we in Europe we don't practise the death penalty and we do have less crime than you... and we can live very good without the death penalty so just think about this... you can't get someone back who's killed by anybody if you kill the murder as well.
