just luv luv luv comin here and now sharin it w/ other muslimahs. sis, ur doin a gr8 job here and so needed. i'm a nursing assistant so learned a lot bout health and nutrition and exercising. many sis think they can't exercise b/c of covering but many places they can go and in privacy of their own home (4 free). i live near the beach so we (mom and i) go running there on the sand - i think of ur website when exercise.
