Is that a "slide-holder", just above the 14th fret?

@daddystovepipe Thanks. Its indeed a slide velcroed to the heel. The piece of velcro has a double duty : it helps to keep the slide on my pinky, too. But I don't slide much, the action on my guitars is pretty low.
