Well that show was a little better. It actually used Grace's ...er....unique voice in a setting that's kind of appropriate. You know, pestering people at work. Carnage is a street level villain, he can not cause massive damage.
M.O.D.O.K. is the leader of A.I.M. and they are a joke as they are stopped consistently by everyone.

Well as much as I love Deadpool he is not the most dangerous villain, seeing as all you have to do is offer him more money,
To escape M.O.D.O.K you just have to walk through a narrow door way and let his head get stuck.
Magneto is afraid of plastic so that wont do and carnage can be defeated by someone who screams too loud.
So Dr Doom would be my pick.

if some one asked who the best DC villain is they would say joker, and carnage makes joker look like a cuddly bunny.
MODOK is a stubby wuss, doc doom's an egotist, magneto is a hippy with powers and deadpool is unclassifiable as any one category!
Carnage, he'll rip out your heart, beat your next of kin with it, then eat it, all while laughing like the BSCB (Bat Shit Crazy Bastard) he is!

meh, the obvious winner among all of these characters would either be Doom or Magneto cause Doom having all sorts of whammy magics and stuff, Magneto has the power of magnetism which might just be able to kill Doom but Doom might just have some tricks up his sleeve.

Carnage, pretty much anyone who has read Maximum Carnage storyline would agree. The others are too caught up in their idealogies (or money in Deadpool's case). Carnage is evil for the sake of evil, not to mention very powerful. The others can be reason with, Carnage would probably drive you to insanity.

As for the question... Deadpool may be my favorite, Carnage may be freakin' powerful and awesome, but I'm going to have to agree with Grace. Magneto has the cunning and skill the others don't have, as well as being pretty powerful himself.

depends on which universe the villan comes from, but all incarnations of Carnage have always been awesome. Deadpool's more of an Anti-hero than a villan.

No-one can win. It would, of course, be a fight to the death. Those guys wouldn't have it any other way. But no matter who gets killed, Marvel will bring them back in an incredible way.

He has an army of Doom-bots which get get continious upgrades, his unbelivable IQ, top of the line tech including a time machine, his second only to Dr.Strange in magic, get an allies at his becking call, also his friggin' country!! finally he doesn't hesitate at killing someone to show them as example to to those who oppose him and if you think he isn't really as grand and wonderful as he always says, then prove to you one way or more likely HIS way.
