you can get it unpatched but it will sign you out of XBL then you will need to patch all games gen afta. what you do is go to system settings memory device options then press x, x ,LB, RB, x, x then msg will appear press yes then load up gow 2 then press no dont update then there you go its unpatched but to go on live youll need to update the game again lol hoped this helped
