wow - fabulous :) any tips on getting the flexibility up for chest and stomach areas? I am still really stiff even after core-strength yoga (admittedly once a week tho') ...

thank you! Yoga really helps, though more than once a week would definitely increase flexibility more. also drills, drills, drills. :)
