@Naturaall Yes, Cougartown is a real show. It airs on ABC and this did indeed make it into the episode on t.v.

Basically, Abed said on Community that he was an extra on Cougartown and then a couple months later, Danny Pudi shows up randomly in the background on Cougartown. And it was the most meta thing I've ever known.

In the story, however, he's supposed to poop his pants and faint after the director yells cut, here, he just runs off.
