Black Metal bands are a bunch of immature wankers who dress up in halloween costumes and play the same chords over and over. The Dead Weather have more in common with bands such as NIN and Smashing pumpkins than the black metal. Black Metal is the rave music of rock.

Let's face it...he didn't sound like this at all until he got her and she sounded like this before Jack. And then he actually has them morphing into one person at the end. She's also the only person I've seen who appears to be entirely at ease around him in interviews. Maybe they're just friends and he is exploring his dark side.

anyhow, this video is probably the best one any of jack white's band's has yet made. it really captures the spirit of the song and lyrics, albeit in a kinda low-budget/straight-forward manner.
