@TehNoobzPwner The iBook G4 has 256 MB of RAM built-in on the motherboard (that's the .25). You can also put up to a 1 GB stick into the single RAM slot.

WELL I DON'T HAVE A IBOOK G4 YET ALL THO I HAVE MY EYE ON ONE. IT ONLY HAS 512 RAM. HOW MUCH WOULD IT COST ME TO GET 1GB OF RAM THESE DAYS.

A 1 GB chip is the most that the iBook G4 will hold, so that's a good upgrade.
