In Harvey Illinois in the early 60s we lived across the street from Evelyn Dwyer whose husband, Jack, a doctor, and she had divorced. Evelyn used to come over EVERDAY and commiserate with my Mom. I knew it was driving Mom crazy but she was too polite to say anything so Evelyn kept coming. I devised a plan: I got this 45 and everytime Evelyn would come over I would play it over and over and over! "Hit the Road Jack" Did it work? NOPE! But I got a good feeling I was helping Mom.
