ok so you all know i saw Tommy live with PokerJoe doing this same act. When he goes to pull on the tail he doesn't actually really apply pressure. he simply pulls it up and makles it apparear as though he is tugging hard on it when in reality he is not. and BlakcRose the horse shows no change in body language. Lets see you train your horse to do that. then tell me pigs will fly and i will belive you.
for u guyz who say he was pulling on the tail, this man woujld never hurt his horse. if u looka t other vids of him, he s able to get Poker Joe to lie on his back with his feet in the air, and Joe is completly calm. this man is a wonder with horses, and woujld never cause his horse discomfort.
He may be trained as a horse sport massage therapist YOU DON'T KNOW! SO rather he is or isn't pulling on the tail is irrelevent. What you should be looking at is how polite his horse is and what all HE as in HE HIMSELF has trained the horse to do, and how trusting the horse is. I love this guy I had never heard of him till a few weeks ago. I think WOW I would love to have my horse trust me to that extent!

HAHA! I love these kinda people. from speaking to some guy when I went to one show, they train the horses to put on the body language to go with the act. it's amazing! I didn't realise it was possible really ^-^ x

well we do this kinda stuff where i work, our horse are fine with it! We do lots of stuff that interact with the horse and if they didnt like it they always have the chance to kick us in the face but they never do. and u gotta pull bloody hard to dislocate the bone!

you would have to pull it bloody hard to dislocate it! Horse physios pull it really hard to stretch a horse out and it doesn't come anywhere near to dislocating it!!! If it had hurt the horse he would of kicked him!
