  • Bruce Chubb has always been inspirational to me. My first ever MR issue was January 1979 and I remember sneaking it into school back in the 6th grade! I have modeled the "Left Coast" ever since. I love anything UP. Thanks for sharing. Cesar

  • Why is this train honkin' all the time? Kind of stupid, isn't it?

  • You need to cover your ears before watching this! Sure is using the horns a lot. Noicy stuff! Think I prefer the "old" Sunset Valley, the layout I read about in Model Railroader in 1979.

  • One of the best layouts i´ve ever seen! one word: AMAZING. It´s a super-layout. I loved it. 5***** and favorites!

  • the scene starting at 4:17 is fantastic! great work overall!

  • A GREAT layout!! If my dream layout looks half that good I would be happy. I would love to see this layout in person. Videos never do a layout justice! Great job!

  • Do trains ever derail off those high bridges?

  • No.

  • Great job on a great layout, and you've provided me with inspiration for my own model railroad project. Thank you.

  • Amazing, very Good (INCREIBLE AMIGO)

  • Is Chubb's entire house filled by this fantastic railroad?

  • His basement is (he has basement under the garage as well)

  • is not the train going north

  • Would that not be north that the train is going?

  • On many railroads, for timetable purposes, North and East are the same thing. (its not like the train can get confused and head in some direction the track doesn't)

  • That was KOOL!!!
