  • Don't open the door for cops....I they have a warrent, then let them kick the door down...

  • @johnnybagofdonets So then on top of being arrested you have to buy a new door?

  • @Lord666Belial That's right let them kick the door down... Gotta give the neighbors a good show. Home Depot is close by anyway, can get a new door and also a carpenter halking the parking lot whose willing to do a fast side job...

  • @Lord666Belial

PS… If they were coming for me anyway, more then likely, and most probably, there will be a no-knock warrant, executed after midnight…Still would have to obtain a carpenter, Esq. is already on retainer...

  • ive just come back from amsterdam for new years eve, they have it so sorted there its unreal, there is alot of pickpocketing of drunk tourists but there are no violent crimes as they have cameras everywhere around amsterdam especially the RLD. the police and government in general are very liberal and you are rarely going to get locked up for a non violent/non serious crime. America is way worse that is all i will say.

  • Let us take up the flags of our fallen comrades as fish take to laughter...Lincoln's public utterances concerning slaves are troubling. As a lawyer he represented slave-owners in support of the Fugitive Slave Act. Lincoln's steadfast dedication to keeping Illinois a "free" state meant that there would be no Negro slavery is Illinois because Negroes would not be allowed to settle in Illinois. Illinois would be a free state: a Negro-free state.

  • @ThingsBetweenTimes It's good to see some folks actually study history and read the writings and actual speeches, and not just take someones word for it. To the victor goes the spoils and the rewriting of history. You are right on the money about Lincoln.

  • @littleokiereb : Lincoln on Slavery: "I have no purpose, directly or indirectly to interfere with the institution of slavery." --- March 14, 1861

"What I would most desire would be the separation of the white and black races." --- 7-17-1858, fr. a speech delivered in Springfield, Ill.

"I am not in favor of making voters or jurors of Negroes, or of qualifying them to hold office, nor to intermarry with white people." --- September 15, 1858

  • @ThingsBetweenTimes evidence?

  • call 911 and report armed tresspassers trying to gain entry to your home-the recorded 911 tapes would be great evidence of any wrongdoing

  • “All things weird are normal in this whore of cities.” — Eddie Constantine as secret agent 003 Lemmy Caution in Jean-Luc Godard's 1965 film “Alphaville”

  • @ThingsBetweenTimes ...GET A LIFE

  • and last i checked or ANYONE with COMMON SENSE checked. QUESTIONING things does not equal " mr conspiracy theory" FUCK OFF with your neo con brainwashed selves. this country was bought paid for and recharged to china a LOONG time ago. not every is as naive as canoe68. I know the difference between " your freedoms wont change and you'll be safer under big brother's patriot act" vs " yeah you'll lose a few constitutional RIGHTS. Your safety wont really change=WARMONGERING EXCUSE! FUCK seotoro

  • @chronofusion oh its just so much easier for typical unintelligent uninformed mindless morons that enjoy having no choices or very little left to just use the over cooked conspiracy theorist label if you question things that arent right and warn people of what you know. i hate saying it but this country is fukt theres too many naive stuck in denial people out there that just eat the bullshit stories up and slam us that tell them they better open their eyes.

  • @7377v YEAP. bottom line..either we try to " unlock" as many minds as we can to the truth. vote ron paul and get them to. or we save up and move to another country and try our luck there..either way..this NWO and Fed reserve bs is spreading...we gotta stop, make a stand, and fight it sometime. and i dont know about you..but i have inner ear problems with Menieres disease thus i can't even handle being up over 2000 feet high in the mountains..let alone fly in a plane. so im stuck in usa

  • FACT= the government has brainwashed people and other authority figures into believe herb and it's counterpart HEMP are EVIL. hempcrete is evil..sure...it's only been the CHEAPEST most ECO friendly and STRONGER THAN CONCRETE way of housing TONS of people in europe and has helped holland and amsterdamn LIVE DEBT FREE and WAR FREE..hmm..oh yeah..WHAT AN EVIL LIFE THEY LIVE.lol. WHAT VIOLENT threat to the world.lol. what a drug?=BULLSHIT. Ron Paul or Andrew Napolitano ftw otherwise usa loses

  • @chronofusion amsterdam is fuckd tho ... ( not saying its weeds fault but its still fuckd up there regardless ,)

  • @ironlungdtoker have you been? it seemed pretty together to me...

  • @TheRhino888 yes ive been , theres alot of shitty weed being sold everywhere , n they charge alot for good stuff , hookers r like 50 bux flat . n have paper wrk to show u that they get tested weekly , ( still nasty cuz they fuck like 15 - 20 guys a night so im sure they could pick up stds fast ) but it really suckd there i thought . a lot of annoying people n a lot of smack juggies asking for money

  • @chronofusion

"FACT= the government has brainwashed people and other authority figures into believe herb and it's counterpart HEMP are EVIL"

Actually its probably the stupid stoned hippies that gave weed a bad imange

  • @badpanda84 I already knew that and nothing I have said has argued against that FACT. Your point?

  • @badpanda84

It's not the hippies who are arresting people for pot, those would be your diplomatic terrorists who insist on running peoples lives so they follow the 'norm'... Of course being an American, is all about NOT BEING in the norm... Like NH's motto 'Live free or die'!

  • DONT ANSWER THE DOOR EVER

  • @jmilitia77 Ya know, if you said that in an educated way (without all caps) someone might pay attention to it. Obviously you're mad that police don't even know their own job, as am I. But yelling at them to learn wont solve any issues. Try sparking up some small talk with an officer on the street and genuinely listen to what he has to say. Come to think of it, I doubt any of them are required to know the law.

Socratic method works. Just ask questions and plant an idea for change.

  • If you have nothing to hide why not let the police in?

  • @canoe68: What's your real name, address, and phone number?

  • @Pafoofnik1 If an officer of the law wants to know that information. I would give it. Why would I choose not to give it to him or her? If I know I did nothing wrong or have anything to hide. It only would take 2 minutes. the faster the police find out I OK. The faster they can get on with catching the real bad guys.

  • @canoe68: Why won't you reveal your real name, address, and phone number? Got something to hide?

See what adding the "nothing to hide' justification does? Nothing.

More to the point, spend a few bucks and ask most any lawyer if it's advisable to let police into your house if they just ask.

  • @Pafoofnik1 I will give you my name , address and phone# If you are a police officer? Provide me your badge#, city and state where your precinct is? I'll show you what ever you want because I have nothing to hide from a police officer. But back to the question "Why would a person refuse to provide the information (name, address and phone#) to the police?"

  • @canoe68: So it looks like you do have something to hide. After all, I have just as much a right to demand your personal information as an officer does at this point.

Don't want to spend a few bucks on a lawyer eh?

But back to your question. Why open my home to let some guy paw around and find a reason to put me in jail?

  • @Pafoofnik1 Here's some straight answers to your questions. 1- i have nothing to hide from a police officer. My personal information is available at city hall. You can look all you want. I could just give it to you but you are not a police officer. 2 - I don't want to spend money on a lawyer because I was asking you the question to get your personal opinion but you deferred me to a lawyer. On a side note Do you feel the police in your community are unfairly targeting you?

  • @canoe68: Don't want to answer my question I see.

  • @Pafoofnik1 I thought point #1 answered your question.

  • @canoe68: Nope. You were talking about yourself. I ask why you think I should open my home to let some guy paw around and find a reason to put me in jail?

  • @Pafoofnik1 You should not let any guy paw around your house. You should let any police officer in because you have nothing to hide.

  • @canoe68 said: "You should let any police officer in because you have nothing to hide."

    No, I should not.

  • @Pafoofnik1 I would let the police in and you would not. That's all have a nice day

  • @canoe68 well the police officer is considered a guy pawing around my house, why invite a stranger in? you're too nice for your own good, one day you might have it rough then you'll learn why you shouldnt let them in

  • @LeBronForTheWin 1st point. A police officer is not a stranger to me that is why he would be welcome in my home. 2nd point I have a police record not including moving violations that I would rather forget about. I still have problems with the police. I don't know if I had it "rough" but it sure hasn't been easy. In the end I just don't see aggravating the situation by not letting the officer in will help me. Everything comes around and the officer will not forget I didn't help him.

  • @canoe68 lol never follow this man's advice^^^

  • @hitlerscow I agree not to follow your advice lol

  • @canoe68 well then continue having problems with the police and question how you got it so "rough." The simple fact is everyone has it rough when it comes to the police.

just sayin'. it's ok to assert your rights and say no.

  • @hitlerscow I was responding to lebronforthewin. about problems with the police but they are mine not yours. I never questioned if I had it "rough" I was responding the lebronforthewin statement about "one day you might have it rough and learn why you shouldn't let them in". I don't care if everybody else has it rough when it comes to the police. Would you let a fireman in to put out the fire? Would you let the paramedic in to help revive a loved one? They all want to serve & protect people

  • @canoe68 I would let a fireman in if my house was burning. I would let a paramedic in if there was a medical emergency. I would let police in if my home was being broken into.

With that type of linear thinkin you should let the fireman in to inspect your home for fire hazards (regardless of whether you want it or not). You would also have to let the paramedic come in and do a routine checkup on you. You dont expect this from them and its not expected from police. They need to fuck off. Period.

  • @hitlerscow I guess we disagree. If the Police, Fireman or Paramedic are going to make me safe and live longer by looking for fire hazards or doing a check up and aiding me to secure my home. I personally don't see the down side. This way of thinking covers 99% of the Police, Fireman and Paramedics. They are in the job to help people. Now there is at least 1% that are bad, stupid or corrupt. But you can find stupid everywhere. Stupid is not illegal, can't cure it or put it out with water.

  • @canoe68 I suppose we do disagree. I'm not the biggest fan of Fascism and I enjoy freedom (though none of us are quite free). The more you allow government to control your life the the more rules can be spread across the board, the more you invite them to keep pushing for more power. Hitler expanded his powers slowly and legally... I believe the home is sacred and no one can enter unless my life is at stake.

as far as corruption goes, without trying to insult, i believe you are naive.

    Peace.

  • @hitlerscow I hate fascism and love freedom. It's not the big government that wants to come into a home. It was a police officer follow a suspicion that something was not right. Hitler was an idiot that is why he is dead. Corruption and stupid are everywhere.

  • @canoe68 What gives a man wearing a uniform the right to enter a home on suspicion alone?

Something tells me you've never been unlawfully violated by the police or any other govt agency. Lets use the firefighting situation as an example: if ur local fire dept broke down your door, handcuffed you, and then made slight changes to your home to make you "safe" from fire hazard, then arrested you for not being properly "safe."

This would obviously be a problem. This is what police are doing.

  • @hitlerscow Please remove your foil hat and let the mothership pick you up.

  • @canoe68 Yeah, most people start dishing out insulting remarks when they've lost an argument. Enjoy your little win, egotist.

  • @hitlerscow I agree you are right you lost your argument with your fireman breaking down the door to handcuff you to make your home safe comment. I'm not dishing out insulting remarks just the truth. I will enjoy but I didn't realize it was a contest. If you want to "Win" you may. You have been entertaining for awhile. Stupid is not illegally so keep replying you make me laugh.

  • @canoe68 What is truthful about telling me to adjust a foil hat on the internet? Grow up. You are a genuine fascist. I've never met one in this day and age. I bet you're one of the countless morons who voted for Bush...twice. Like you need govt to hold your hand and "protect" you from scary terrorists? Get a clue! Stop living in fear...and good luck with all your future police encounters! i hope you meet a real prick who shows you what real terror is.

im done responding to you. Peace.

  • @hitlerscow My are you starting to get upset. What conspiracy group do you belong to? How many people are "after you"? It's good you have an active imagination. To bad you don't use it to fight evil in the real world. Now to your points. Not a Fascist, didn't vote for bush, do need gov., have a clue, don't live in fear and thank you. You don't have to meet a real prick...sounds like you have that under control. Your ignorance is not illegal I'm sorry you stupid is not illegal. LOL. Peace

  • @canoe68 Upset no. Confused? Yes.

Don't belong to any conspiracy group

The police don't like marijuana, i guess you could loosely argue they're "after me"

Govt can be useful, but it is never necessary.

Glad you didnt vote for that moron.

If you had a clue how can you be so far off-base about police abusing their power? Just google...it's everywhere!!

You claim I'm ignorant, perhaps this is true. But based on what you're telling me...i think the same of you.

    What exactly r u arguing?

    Goodbye

  • @hitlerscow And you said "I'm done responding with you". I guess that's not true. You should hide somewhere so the power abusing people don't get you. You know because their "everywhere". Maybe that's not true. "the police don't like weed" obviously you don't know any police officers. Your points would be believable with some sourced facts to back them up. Stupid is not illegal and I enjoy your comments.

P.S. don't forget to write LOL

  • @canoe68 your clueless man

  • @ray8up and yet you felt the urge to respond.

  • LOL Ridley Do You ACt And Talk Like that At The End For FUN??????

  • NWO BITCH OPEN UP CRACK HEAD.

  • Your videos are decent but that corny trumpeting that you do is not impressing anyone. It really makes anyone serious about this subject just dismiss these videos. We get it you can make a trumpet noise. Now stop acting like a child and just post videos. You seem like your on drugs or something. Just post videos and keep your dumb trumpeting out of them...

  • Say it like it is. Hope you never have an emergeny

  • @dewercsinla LOL cops Investigate crimes/emergencies.

    They No Not Prevent them.

  • Lol best commercial I've seen yet.

  • I really don't get all the comments on this video. The police had an arrest warrant, they went to the persons house, shined a light through the window to see if anyone was home, then left, how exactly is that abusing their power? They didn't do a search, they didn't seize property, they didn't pat anyone down for money, they just knocked on the door, looked through a window, then left. Not sure why you needed to call a free staters hotline, I don't see how the police did anything wrong

  • @BroomeBlocker4 Broome, you've got to understand the typical NH "Free Stater" mentality. They think that the govt has no power and no authority and that the Constituion puts all the authority in the individual. It's a sad mental deficiency that seems to be centered in NH.

  • @BroomeBlocker4 Well... You could go to your neighbors house, and shine your flashlight in their window .. and violate their privacy ... get ur ass kicked, and have a complaint filed against you and perhaps get shot for not idendifying yourself. You identify yourself, ESPECIALLY if your a police officer. One does not go sneaking around someone's private property .. It's against the law. Respectfully .. I hope I've made this point for you ..

  • @Zeta0Hall How were they "sneaking around their property". They walked straight up and knocked on the front door in uniform, the people inside KNEW it was police as evident by the what the guy was saying, they can't identify themselves anymore than they did when people stand there looking at the police through the front window and don't answer the door. They saw the people, shined a light to see if they were the people on the warrant and then left all in under a minute

  • Comment removed

  • @Zeta0Hall ...Once again common sense and some basic facts outgun ridiculous arguments that the cops are out to getcha. Broomeblocker4 seems to have won the debate. Your stupid analogy of a person shining a flashlight through their neighbors window seems to have been all that he needed to squash you..thank God..if there is a God.

  • @mapache11

My anology is spot on .. Your logic ? not so much . I was not in a debate with that You tuber .. Nor am I gonna debate with your sorry ass .. I've expressed myself.. now, so have you . You and your "God" can have a great day, and wonderful tomorrow ..

  • @Zeta0Hall ...it is part of a cop's job to serve arrest warrants. Shining a flashlight into the house to see if the person they were looking for was there or not is a completely reasonable thing to do.

Shining a flashlight into your neighbors house is, at best, creepy.

How is your analogy spot on?? Do citizens serve arrest warrrants where you live??

  • @mapache11 It is part of a PEACE OFFICER'S DUTY TO A COURT OF RECORD OR CITIZEN WHO HAS FILE A COMPLAINT, to service warrants. (Real ones, at least). Those real warrants come from- Grand Juries, Juries, and Magistrates when they are making sure you show up to a JURY TRIAL (all common law). Shining a light into a "person's" house (legal definition) is just fine, doing it to a man, not so much. "Cops" and "Police Officers" however, can just kick your door in. Know the law.

  • @TheCaptainSlappy

Yes, and then they can pay for a new door as well as insulation of the door. If that warrant they have isn't 110% legit they can expect to be sued for property damage and face criminal charges for vandalism and breaking and entering.

Cops have no right to entry your house for any reason, without a warrant or probable cause that a crime is being committed.

  • @ViCe1986 According to the Salem PD they have the right and it is called the Patriot Act. That is what I was told when they forced their way into my home & tossed my senior citizen mother aside to get past the thresh hold. Even the Deputy chief at the time stated that it gave them the right to do what they did. So I stated next time under NH law I would stop any unlawful entry with any and all force necessary, like with a handgun & that is what stopped the harassment we were getting.

  • @TheSportCompact: From what I've read, the Patriot Act only affects federal, not state or local law enforcement.

I would trust statements from police officers the same as I would trust statements from any other group that thinks they are allowed to lie.

Officer, just show me the law...

I would not suggest using force though. Simply video the encounter, then pass it to your attorney. When he's done with it, toss it on Youtube.

  • @TheSportCompact Thats cause your mom is a crack head.

  • You need to hide the weed...

  • well that was fun...????

  • LOL, "animal control", yeah, SPCA isn't for animals anymore.

  • So they had an arrest warrant? That's not a good enough reason to go to someone's house?

  • You fail to realize that in the vast majority of states an arrest warrant alone is not grounds to allow police to participate in search and seizure of private property. If the police truly had a warrant to search the home they could have (and would have) broken down the door.

Most basic arrest warrants only permit police officers to arrest suspects in public areas, regardless of whether the officer has seen the suspect commit a crime or not (which is the main point of issuing the warrant).

  • @HeyItzMeDawg go watch cops people you don't see them being nice. The fucking door gets kicked in and you and your kids gets guns in the face.

  • @HeyItzMeDawg WEll put ... Thanks ...

  • He should call animal control when the police show up.

  • @LibertyJedi Ok it took me a few seconds to process your comment but ill be laughing about this for weeks : ) hehehe

  • @LibertyJedi Remember kids: Let the 'pigs' in and youll be living in a sty! (dunno how to spell it, srry)

  • @LibertyJedi Real mature scumbag.

  • Anybody hear of that story here in Texas where the cops were shaking people down for money and the D.A. is involved as well? It was on CNN.

    Here it is:

    watch?v=ySjyRpq5tY8

  • I hate cops with the same passion that Pat Robertson has for the Palestinians. They just get under my skin with their abuses of power and use of force. It makes me sick to my stomach to think my kids have to live in a world with a police system as corrupt as the ones we have. Then they get brainwashed at school to think all cops are good. Anybody hear of that story here in Texas where the cops were shaking people down for money and the D.A. is involved as well? It was on CNN

  • Our police is now being trained by our military, I'm now scared shitless. Our military is very good at going into a foreign country and training that country's military or law enforcement at how to kill their citizens. That's our military's function. Instead of spending money for more police we are now bringing our military in to do the job. Wait, weren't these men/women trained to go into countries to kill people what the heck are they doing here.

  • When you get into name calling, you have already lost the argument. You should really read what our military does in other countries.

  • 3506767 you work 4 the Govt right? A conspiracy theorist is just someone who has all the facts laid out before them. Facts can reveal the truth. Take 'Global Warming', CO2 is less than 4% of all the gas in the atmosphere, it hasn't increased in decades. Global Warming is suppose to be caused by all this Carbon that our factories have been spewing out. Temperatures worldwide hasn't increased since 1995 & has decreased .75C in the last two yrs, so where do we get 'Global Warming'. Silly Facts

  • The Temperature Has Risen 1.33 ± 0.32 °F In The Last 100 Years Ending In 2005.

And The IPCC (Intergovernmental Panel On Climate Change) Has Predicted That It Will Rise 2.0 to 11.5 °F More Throughout The 21st Century.

In 1750 There Were 87 ppm (Particles Per Million) Of Carbon Dioxide.

    1998 - 365ppm

You Cant Say That's "Not An Increase."

Our Methane And Nitrous Oxide Levels Have Also Risen.

    From 1045 To 1745, And From 44 To 314.

  • @SexyAsAClown I'm still not going to make Al Gore a billionaire by paying for Cap and Tax. And after climate gate, we would need a whole lot of transparency before I trust my government.

  • @SexyAsAClown CO2 levels are influenced by heat and increase AFTER temperature had increased. Go look at any REAL evidence not provided by those who will be the ones making money if this is true. (IE Al Gore) Tell me why that guy believe the sea is rising yet bought two beach side villas in the last year?

Did you know that humans give of the smallest percentage of CO2 when compared to animals, plants, volcano, and of course the ocean. Do you plan on limiting their CO2 output?

  • @polevaultrockstr Although CO2 Levels Are Not What CAUSE Warming, But CO2 Has Heat Trapping Properties Which In Turn Help The Warming Amplify.

And As For Al Gore, He Knows This Global Warming Problem May Not Dramatically Effect Us, So Maybe He's Just Enjoying Life.

And "Historically" CO2 Has Led Temperature, Not Lagged Behind It.

CO2 Does Rise And Fall Over Time Naturally Due To Exchanges Of Carbon Among The Biosphere, Atmosphere, Ocean, And Lithosphere. But The Rate Of The Exchanges Is

  • @polevaultrockstr Now Being Completely Overwhelmed Due To The Rate At Which We Are Extracting Carbon From The Latter Reservoirs And Converting Them Into Atmospheric CO2.

  • law enforcement scares the hell out of me. i dont even give them the time of day

  • Nazi Stormtroopers looking to drag dissidents off to the gulags...

  • Ya know i think i just woulda gone to the window to ask before making any judgments.

Ya never know... The Predator coulda been hiding in the crawlspace or something. :)
