Kira is not insane, he has a sense for whats supposed to be right in the world and does somthing about it, he may be a little corrupt with how he goes at it, but he's not insane. He's ingenious, his train of thought throughout the show is rediculiously diabolical (in a good way) the vid is perfect, im glad i watched.
