My brother, the creator of this AMV, says he doesn't mind that you uploaded this as long as you didn't claim ownership. But I'm not my brother, this kind of NOOBISH behavior irritates me. You should of at least uploaded a higher quality version though. And why not upload more of his videos? What, are those not good enough for you to pirate? :p
