Actually, on level 5, when you reach the sword, throw it up in mid-air while against the wall and it will hit the top target and the one on the other side of the wall, then catch it and throw it to your left so it hits the two targets. Beat 'cha by two seconds.

Thanks for your video. It helped me to get the challenge.

In level 5, you could get a better time. When you do the Fox fire thing to break the target in the upper-right corner, you can just take the laser saber and throw it up to break the target and take the saber again when it falls. The target behind the right wall can easily be destroyed with Fox's gun from the platform with the saber. If you this, you win at least 5 seconds.
