From 2:15 to 2:18 we can CLEARLY see where the video is cut short and the camerman disappears abruptly. An obvious video cut. He had the cameraman move in front to hide the cut more easily. The actress' verbal, random "prediction" card moment was taped AFTER she threw the dart. Then the order is switched and...voila! But the crappy cut at 2:15 is the dead giveaway. :) And the actress...Chris Angel has used actors too.

There is absolutly no way an kind of electro magnet or normal magnet could attract the dart. Put it this way as you double the distance, the power the magnet has decreases 8 fold. It will get VERY weak VERY quickly. If there was a magnet by the wall the metal cage on the bubbly would have been attracted to it anyway and flew accross the room
i think that the shot from behind is not really her (maybe that person has eye holes in the blindfold?). When they did it with her they had sum1 take her dart and put a different one on her card. she sees where it landed and they film her reaction. they mix the fake vid with the real one of her and it looks real. the circle thing, however, i dunno how that's done.
It would have to be a heck of a strong magnet - I tried using a couple of strong neodymium magnets behind a dartboard - and there's no way they could exert enough force from that distance to affect the dart enough. Magnetic force falls off as inverse cube.
Magnet??? No way. What magnet is that strong to pull it into the circle? The only thing I can think of is an MRI machine behind the wall, or some other million dollar contraption.
You can see the way the dart flies that it's a magnet. It starts off all over the place then flies straight into the card. He must have just said something to make sure she aimed for the Queen of Hearts.

Spielberg did that a lot in Jaws for the beach scenes with people walking around, so it would look fluid. You are so focused on the main action, you just assume that the shot is continuous.
it is extremely good entertainment, but i don't think he should be given credit for performing any other kind of art other than trickery

My theory is this:
1. She throws the dart into a random card blindfolded.
2. Hypnosis makes her believe itøs the right card even though it could be any card up there.
3. Derren get her to sleep while drawing a circle around the tip of the dart. The card goes back up.
4. She wins 50 pounds
5. She sleeps and forget what just happened.

6. She's blindfoldede (second shot). In her mind she goes back to before she threw the dart.
7. She predicts the right card - The Queen of Hearts - which is easy beacause she has already hit it. But she doesn't remember that.
8. She sleeps again and Derren tells her what to remember before he wakes her up.
I believe that there were no magnets involved. Only hypnosis and timeline editing.
