  • Really nice vid!

Awesome beauty of these small fish...

    5*

  • Thank you for bringing beauty from which i would never seen, without this video, thank you.

  • fantastic to see so many in their natural habitat! love corys :)

  • Aww. So many leetal cories! <3

  • So I should buy just one cory for my tank right?

  • you need atleast 6.

  • i heard three will be happy it just isn't as noticeable.

  • do you see them in groups of three?...... my goal as a hobbyist is to re create a fish's natural biotope as closely as possible.

not some tank with odd stocking where the fish is able to SURVIVE but not THRIVE!

  • yes. If you take anything from watching this video it should be that a trio is no shoal/school!

  • i under stand and whole heartily agree but under the circumstance of some one having only a 15 or 20 gallon tank and would like to add cory cats and some thing else, three would suffice.

  • im not suggesting overstocking. Im suggesting if you can only fit 3 corys, you go with a different fish. "will suffice" is opinion and could be used to justify a goldfish in a 2 gallon as well. IMO, a 6+ shoal suffices. Bigger is better.

FYI, any of the three dwarf species of corys will do fine with 6 in a ten gallon.

  • I'm sorry guys I was being sarcastic ;) I actually have a 120g with a school of 30.

  • Depends on the size. You should keep at least 2 cory's and if you can't fit 2 in a tank then I would not get any. I have a pepper and a bronze and they seem to be happy together even if different species.

  • They are a group fish you should have 6 or more or else they will not be happy.

  • so if you keep them with 5 they will be very depressed?

  • No.

  • Its really sad that people don't think hard enough to realize this is a sarcastic comment.

  • hm the more i think about it.. they do look like glass panels at the end of the video... with the bars and such

  • That's a lot of cories!!! Very cool.

  • Ohhhhh my god is incredible, that nice that is in your live world

  • Amazing~~

  • WoooooooooooooooooW

    i love it !!!!

  • cool! :) very calming, and neat to see!

  • i thought panda straight away, but im almost sure they're not. but what a sight!!! stunning

  • Corydoras sychri.

  • omg, that´s beautiful :)

  • oh dear that certainly is a lot of cories! XD

  • i thought so 2 :)

  • damn botttom look so dirty

  • I dont speak English.

I think that I am foolish.

  • C. schwartzi maybe?

    C. melini?

Knowing the Amazon Basin, they could be a new species, for all we know!!

  • they're not seen very well. the look like bolivian rams because of the blur.

  • wow! I love cories, its a shame they're so shy all the time.

  • ATTACK OF THE CATFISH!!! lol still thats really cool :D

  • great, now i'm gonna feel bad for ever having less than a thousand corys in my aquarium. love this video!!!

  • que peces mas wapos y bonitos,me encantan!!!!!!

  • Aw cute! It's really nice to see them in their natural environment. I have a pair of pandas and they are the cutest fishes ever! =D

  • I know, they are super cute.

  • I have a shoal of 10 agassizi's, they're pretty cute as well. Each one has its own character.

  • Can any one tell what kind of corydoras those are?

  • Well I may be wrong but to me they look like panda corys

  • did you film it coz other wise im going to the amazon to find some of my fav fish

  • I think this is the cutest thing I've seen in a long time.

  • buncha cories! nice vid ^^

  • And can you believe ppl these days tend to keep A Cory by itself?

  • You can definately say they are a schooling fish!! Nice to see them not in a tank!

  • why say that

  • It's so nice to see corydoras in their environment

  • lovely :D I love cory's and right now i have pygmy's, adolphi's, albino+highfin albino and axelrodi :)I'm going to get some Barbatus for the bigger tank , yeaah :D

  • Wow, sweet! 5 *****

  • Beautiful video..!!

    Thanks

  • Wow, sweet!

  • nice!!!

  • amazing!!!

wow i wish i had a big enough tank to keep so much corydoras!

  • me too! awesome little fish.

  • O.O

  • AMAZING

  • Very Beautiful! I have 7 Corydoras aneus and 6 corydoras julii. Cory's are so nice!!!

  • Wow! That's alot of corydoras! 5 stars!

  • Amazing !

  • I forgot to write, that i can't find out from the video that how big they are, so i don't know which specie exactly.

  • I think this specie is Corydoras sychri or Corydoras atropersonatus. The sychri is the bigger one ~6,5 cm, atropersonatus is around 4 cm. But correct me if i'm wrong.

I have 4 from the smaller one, in my 120L tank. They are really lovely. I'm plannin to breed them, 'couse the female's belly getting rounder and rounder these days. :)

Beautiful video, i really would like to see more like this! :)

  • VERY BEAUTIFUL !!!

  • I did not know cories lived in such massive numbers in thier natral habitat!

  • I think They are similar to corydoras panda,

I have three in my aquarium

they are very cute, and peaceful

I mix them with discus , angel fish , cardinal tetra , rummy nose tetra, etc.

I'll probably upload my aqurium life.

  • Great video! What species are they?

  • adolf cory :p
