Sorry did you say you had a bible that translates the KJV of the bible, that knocks this video out of the argument already, that bible is of Latin origin and detracts both definite and indefinite articles, and then its translated to english wow talk about lost in translation, I am so glad to be one of Jehovahs Christian Witnesses, thank goodness for people Like Proffessor Jason David Be duhn, not that he supports a witness cause but at least he shows The NWT to be the most accurate.

I agree, but intelligence has nothing to do with it. What can we ever know for certain? The philosophy of knowledge, or epistemology, states we cannot be sure of much. We can't even be sure we're not dreaming right now.

Calling someone dumb because they do not subscribe to your ideology is ignorant and shortsighted. That's why I'm no longer a JW. Religion is just another school of thought perpetuated by faulty reasoning.

Philosophy is the study of wisdom. It's okay if one decides to adopt a particular worldview, but when their ideology becomes based on certainty it is unwise to criticize others that do not share your perspective.

My beliefs cannot be summed into any particular branch of philosophy. I have my own philosophies, and I am free to think as I wish. I do not need elders or a magazine telling me how to live. That is not trading intelligence for philosophy. It is taking responsibility for your own life.

Proverbs 8:22-23 is perversed by the NWT. GOD "PRODUCED"? no - its POSSESSED..the hebrew word used here is QANAH which means POSSESSED. one only has to read the 1st 9 chapters and tis WISDOM personified - in woman form - then look at verse 23 - FROM INDEFINITE TIME..so POSSESSED would be the right word..and ti will prove ETERNAL just as the Father..Furthermore - Did Jehovah have to CREATE WISDOM? "Dead ends of science"? Science works, If it didn't work, things would not work. Evolution is the basis of modern biology, which is also the basis of medicine.

If science cannot prove evolution or creation, how can we trust anything it says are true?

Just because Science has dead ends does not mean it serves no purpose. I agree with science in many forms of study. However creation is not one of them ..evolution will always have a "missing ling" or "dead end". I can not base my being on the idea of a theory!

When science hits a dead end, the theory is thrown out. Does anyone today think that the universe is comprised of earth,air,fire and water? Is Le Marcian evolution taught is biology classes? It isn't new - sorry, I was being ironic, probably because I'm tired and in a bad mood. If there was such a thing as evolution, children would say "Please" and "Thank You" by now, but they don't, so there.

I can sympathize on that point but evolution isn't about adding anything new, it's about using what materials you have in different ways. I've heard people say:" where does the 'new' information come from?" 9 times out of 10, nowhere. Much of our DNA is "junk" DNA. In other words, it does nothing at all. There are ways to add DNA of course, retro-virus DNA and the DNA from a different group, that's how bacteria develope antibody resistance.

Revelation 1-3 of the NWT establishes that Jesus Christ is Jehovah. Revelation 1:8 when combined with Isaiah 44:6 along with Revelation 2:8 in particular. Jesus Christ was "dead and cam back to life [again]."

According to Hebrews 1, Jesus Christ can not be the Arch Angel Micheal because he is above all angels.

Also in Isaiah 44:24 Jehovah declared that he made all things "by myself" but in Colossians 1:15-17 we see that Jesus Christ is Creator.

Jesus Christ is Jehovah in the Trinity.

I can't believe the WTS actually use this as an argument, language difference is irrelevant words are translated between Chinese and English everyday. There is absolutely no proof to support this claim of mere speculation. Not only that the NWT insertion of Jehovah (from the JW view of who Jehovah is) often is out of context, take Romans 10:13 for example and compare Romans 10:9-14 and with Act 4:8-12.
