Some nice fish there. I saw a guy who caught a 33lb Snapper a few weeks ago in spring, off a beach (near wellington New Zealand). I'm still chasing my first snapper...they are around now though so hopefully ill be lucky soon

As a snapper fisherman and only ever use plastics seeing fish like this will make me drive all that way from brisbane, as the charters do they keep a feed for themselves, and the crew, even if you dont have a charter boat but one big enough to take 5 lads out guarantee u all cvatch snapper u will all keep five each, maybe even think of changing the measurement of snapper instead of full length to the tip of the tail. put across to fisheries to change laws to measure to the fork on snapper, !!!

I keep a freezer full of fish and I feed my family and about 3 others as well. Imagine how healthy my brain is from all that Omega 3. Good on ya Arno Bay Lads. we tag & release 100's of snapper a year. mainly the bigger ones & are getting recaptures up to 120km's away.
