  • perhaps it'd be a simple bypass to say that adding -flavour- is illegal, and take it to mean -synthetic- flavourings, then clove oil may just be fine, shredded dried cherries, mint... would be legal.

  • well...it is gone where I live. but if you go on the native reservation then you can still buy them.

  • @munchchewy0 where is that?

  • Bush did veto it! Is michelle obama worried we will gain weight smoking flavors?

  • joey we all know what this is truly about. it's just the beginning of MANY small steps towards the fourth reich! Bush was a complete IMBECILE! but i think eve HE CAN SEE what's going on here. Obama is a FASCIST!

  • Dread, I completely agree with you. Have a look at my vid "A Non-Smoker's Rant On President Obama's Signing Of The New Tobacco Bill." I filmed it back in June, right after Obama signed the bill into law.

  • i dnt smoke...but this is rediculous

  • untmensi, you're absolutely correct. It is to limit the competition. Research the ALTRIA Group, the only "Tobacco Industry supporter of the bill." If Big Brother is so concerned about us and our health, then why does the bill (HR 1256) prohibit "additives and flavorings," many by name, yet EXPLICITLY EXEMPT pesticides???? Not that smoking is a "healthy choice" but, I'd dare say the residual pesticides are much more dangerous than any added flavorings or the tobacco itself.

  • All this is gonna do is make a Black Market!!

  • I agree with you but I think it was ignorant to say these so called "goths" just smoke it cause its black. Most people I know just like it cause they enjoy the taste. But yea, fuck Obama!

  • I've only ever smoked Djarum blacks, i can't stand any other brand of cigarettes. But yeah, i think the law only applies to flavored ciggarettes, you can still buy the cloves separately if you want. But seriously, this bill is a joke, it's a double standard that serves to limit the competition for big tobacco, while they simultaneously claim to be fighting underage smoking. What scum.
