I saw Johnny once in Ballyshannon accompanied by a double bass player, awesome, played near all genre of songs in a long and entertaining set. Later a black new yorker playing blues harmonica joined in, superb...think the place was called the bridge...I agree this vid is pretty crap and does not show the true Johnny, but hey..the contributor tried..
Hey mate, glad to see you're a fan of Johnny. I'm a huge fan of his too but I think this video doesn't have the professional quality to show Johnny properly. I'd love to see more of his one man shows up here but I really would prefer if they were recorded a bit better with better sound quality. Hope I'm not offending you but I'd appreciate it if you considered removing this video. I think Johnny would appreciate it too. Cheers.
